I've been wondering along the same lines. I find it hard to believe that all the nurses were actually changing in front of him.
What would have been the response if an 'ordinary' Pete was repeatedly entering the changing room and would not leave?
My guess is that he would be suspended and the Police could be called. It would have been a charge of indecent exposure.
What is it that keeps the Pete's out of women's changing rooms at the moment.
When I was in a spa once a man did enter and it was the staff who approached him and asked him to leave. The threat given was that they would call the Police.
Does anyone know what is the current law?
