the problem seems to be that being able to tell what sex someone is and treating them as that sex in situations where sex is important seems to be the same as denying their existence in trans mirror world.

2. spaces and services are segregated by sex and not gender
3. as a human you cannot change your sex
4. therefore any messing about with your gender makes no difference to which toilets you use
