My controversial opinion is that most of the Mums who obsess here over penises, uteruses and chromosomes, would pick more important and interesting topics if their own child was trans.

Funny that the MRAs are always the ones to mention genitals. Very odd.

I only obsess about penises where they have no business to be.

It’s only right, penises only go where they are allowed. Not in penis free areas.

OP - sadly, from what I've read on here, that doesn't seem to change much. Though I imagine it must be v tricky to get the balance right between standing by their principles whilst emotionally accepting and supporting their child.

There is no such thing as a „trans child“. There are just children who have either

a) got gender dysphoria (aka a mental health problem not a physical one)
b) fallen prey to online groupthink (aka brainwashing)

If my child was saying they were trans I would be very concerned indeed. Its a cult. Id be 100% focusing on how to help them shift their mindset, be happy in the skin they are in. No child, no adult is born in the wrong body.
If that makes me "obsessed with penises" so be it I guess.

You may want to have a little think about why you hate women and girls OP.

I believe in protecting women's rights and in trying to safeguard women and girls.

I have no issue with any transwomen or transmen as long as they acknowledge that they haven't actually changed sex and are just expressing their gender identity. Many are perfectly intelligent and realise this but unfortunately the TRAs have overshadowed them.
