Hoping this passes, it shouldn't be possible to change your sex (a biological impossibility) on legal documents. This would prevent men using this loop hole to erase their past identities and stop male crimes being recorded as female crimes.

I beg to differ.

If we abolish sex and sex is irrelevant any of us can claim to be a transwoman. If a transwomen are woman and women are cis women then how do you logically tell the difference and how can you argue who is a transwoman and who is not? Transwomen are anyone who says they are.

I see your logic, but no.

Trans women are just men who say they are women for any reason.

But I'm going with their logic about wanting to erase biological sex legally.

If they do that they erase their own existence and ability to distinguish themselves.

My point is their hypocrisy.

This is all going to break down in the future, because identities will become so niche there will be no definitions, no criteria and no meaning to any of it.

The reversing of gender markers will never happen. It breaks so many different laws surrounding privacy, dignity and human rights laws in the UK and across Europe. It will never happen and it's not morally correct either way.

Transwomen are women who have a Gender Dysphoria Diagnosis.

How very transphobic of you. No GRC is required to be trans, no diagnosis is need to be trans, all it takes is saying you are trans.

Why on earth would it be a 'human right' to record lies in official documents?
