A Metropolitan police officer threatened to arrest a man for being "Openly Jewish" in London. Is this a hate crime in Scotland under the new hate crime laws?

I think it is. Could someone report it for me please I find it incredibly offensive and racist. I want to see what happens when Scottish Police try to get involved with racist actions taken by the Metropolitan Police.

I have a theory that the gender critical movement has been groomed by the Isreal loby.

That Arabs and other nonwhite people are human exactly the same way we are?
That Palestine was a populated land with its own history and culture?
That women and children were raped and murdered to cleanse the land?
That it's still going on today?

Followed by a discussion and questions from the pblic and a vote- which turns out to be hugely in favour of the NO.

Really worth listening to for a balanced and full explanation, from different povs. Strange really that some here want to shut debate, and throw insults about being ignorant, biaised, antisemitic and even racist- but are not prepared to listen to 'experts' in their own right, giving full and complex facts and perception. But it is a very well known tactic which is used so much- any debate and just shout 'antisemitic' and report to admin as such. It has been used for a very long time and described in the debate. Ilan Pappé knows this very well as he has been accused of being a self hating Jew and traitor for a very long time.

You claim to have given someone a lecture on antisemitism and then you start stanning for Ilan Pappé, so imagine our surprise to hear someone "rolled her eyes" at you.

If you cannot condense the discussion, or pick out its essential arguments and then put them into your won words - it might well be suggestive of you not really having an understanding or a grasp of those issues yourself?

Your actual own words ,though, so far, have given a very clear indication of your position. Denial of atrocities, accusations of wilful genocide and various other conspiracy type thinking. You have shown no empathy, nor consideration of the Israeli position at all.

You cannot really expect busy people to take over an hour out of their day to watch a video that someone has posted. Many people now tend to post videos or other clips in place of their own considered arguments. Nobody has the time for that. This is a discussion board.
