Way to help the Tories! Seriously - with no PR, encouraging people to not vote labour when not enough will vote for the other parties allows the Tories back in. I get having principles and he should do what he thinks is right but if loads of left wing voters do this then they will be responsible for more Tory rule.

I think it's likely he'll be joining the Corbyn campaign, so couldn't have done so as a LP member still.

I’m sure he’ll be delighted this is being reported. He announced it in the guardian this morning with a nauseating list of his left wing credentials - like a catalogue of ‘that’s nothing, when I were a lad me grandma went on the Jarrow marches’ - but it seemed to sink without much comment. I can't bear OJ, think he's an odious misogynist but I did watch the video about why he left and I agree with pretty much every word. (Even a stopped clock is the right time twice a day).

I am horrified at the direction of Labour at the moment as are many people I know, for many reasons that don't even include the sex and gender issues. Their policy on Gaza for one is abhorrent.

I won't be voting for anyone this year; I have never ever done that before. I may vote for an independent if one goes up that I like the look of.

I completely disagree with OJs stance on trans issues etc, but i agree with you, Labour really have lost their way. The Gaza issue has confirmed it for me, and I am willing to forget any other issue when a genocide is being carried out in front of our eyes.
