Our as in whom?

Women who don't want to share their space with men....or as you define them....women with a penis. But you knew that and quite honestly you faux naivety is is getting somewhat tiresome.

How many pages of NOT talking about the swimming ponds have we had?

It's almost as if there was a deliberate attempt to divert energy away from what women here wanted to speak about.

I'm interested in the ponds. I'll never use them. I'm 50 metres from the sea, I can wild swim whenever I feel like it. But I feel for those that have had a freedom taken away from them.

Still, at least I know when PPs last bowel movement was, and how many dishes her DH does each night. I guess that's all I need.

How did I manage that?

incredulity is what I always use when caught out too.

I suspect it does not work

I going to suggest a way to find out whos feels matter and whos dont to pp82

here goes

do they have a cock, or not

You are so wrong. I spent most of the 2010s in 'kill all white men' mode. I can assure you that no man who knows me in real life would characterise me as someone who cares about men's feelings lol.

I just genuinely don't know what you're talking about.

Wasn't sure if you meant women, or specifically the gender critical.

😂You've spent the majority of the thread doing nothing BUT caring about men's feelings and not a jot about how women feel. Honestly you're making it up as you go along now.

The freedom to swim in nature is not the same as the freedom to swim away from anyone you personally find distasteful.

quite, I’m a lot further north than the ponds these days, but attend women’s only swim (and lift) sessions, so I feel for those who currently can’t access, the perfect solution already exists in the form of the mixed pond.

men who know you know exactly how you prioritise mens wants over womans needs, but they also know you delude yourself about it

I've been talking about trans people. Trans men, trans women, people of neither gender, other genders, more than one gender. Not cis men, who can definitely stick up for themselves.

Can transpeople not stick up for themselves? Are they so vulnerable?

youv spent considerable time defending to the point of making yourself look totally ridiculous a mens sex rights movement

I mainly prioritise my own wants and needs to be honest. And I'm definitely a woman, in terms of both sex and gender. Men don't get much of a look in.

The freedom to swim in nature is not the same as the freedom to swim away from anyone you personally find distasteful.

But I understood people "should be able to live their lives exactly how they want".

Which includes the freedom to swim away from whoever I want.

They need solidarity, as an oppressed minority.

keep telling yourself that, I guess admiting you are enabling oppression of your own sex class is quite disheartning

If you can find a deserted spot. You don't get to drive others away.

Why not? If I did so I'd be living my life exactly how I want. Why are they more important than me?

FlamingoAndJohn · 25/02/2024 16:35

PP82 · 25/02/2024 15:58

Nope. Just an anarcho communist hypocrite. Or a libertarian socialist hypocrite. I'm fine with either label. I don't believe in capitalism. But I have to live under it, and prefer to do so comfortably.

You don’t have to at all. You could go and join a commune.

Yet the transwomen can get to drive others away from the women's pond and that's ok with you.

Ohnohedident · 25/02/2024 16:36

boundaries are how we as a sex class can escape patriarchal oppression by experiencing what life would be like if we were not judged as women.
thats why single sex spaces are so important
not just for safety but for exploring what it feels like to be free from male exspectations

Communes still exist under capitalism. And I've never been in one that was very comfortable.
