I'm delighted to have received notification from the CPS via Surrey Police that following my arrest in October 2022 and then again in April 2023, I will not be prosecuted for either malicious communications or harassment.

The CPS consider that the evidential test has not been met.

I am however still being sued for "misuse of private information" and I am very well aware that the complainant will inevitably exercise their right to review the CPS decision so I will say no more, at this stage.

Sometimes on internet forums people post to get reactions and people can't help giving them.

Even a week later I still have a big grin on my face for Caroline. I know it's not all over but a substantial part is imo. I hope the rest is over soon

Why don’t you take your own advice and apply it to KiwiFarms.

I’m sure you can find the relevant KF thread and find out for yourself.

Kiwifarms is a violent anti-LGBT hate site responsible for suicides and stalking and harassment of LGBT people. It has been banned from Cloudflare and numerous others based on threat to safety. The latest court case mentioned in above link be the final nail in its coffin.

If a kiwifarms user signed up to reddit they wouldn't last until the end of the day before being perma banned.

That's why I post on reddit and not the other one.

I don't visit hate sites as mentioned above.

I wouldn’t know. I’ve never been on KF and I don’t know the gentleman(?) in question. But keeping receipts refers to having evidence.

It proves she is a confirmed user of the site, nothing else.

So pleased for Caroline and her family.

Strangely, people can hold different beliefs due to experience, research or not listening to others. Constantly targeting a person for not holding the same belief is vindictive.

This should not be condoned.

It's odd how she attracts the fury of so many poisonous men quite openly spitting rage and throwing around allegations about her. 🤔

I agree, good to see there has been a successful court case against the malicious accusations made against her.

Whoever said they had "receipts" or "evidence" against her is talking nonsense. Hopefully this court case will mean posters on this site (Mumsnet) will also need to refrain from making defamatory allegations or claims about her too.

This whole shitshow has been dragging on for far too long. It is utterly outrageous. I hope justice is served for Caroline one day.
