I'm delighted to have received notification from the CPS via Surrey Police that following my arrest in October 2022 and then again in April 2023, I will not be prosecuted for either malicious communications or harassment.

The CPS consider that the evidential test has not been met.

I am however still being sued for "misuse of private information" and I am very well aware that the complainant will inevitably exercise their right to review the CPS decision so I will say no more, at this stage.

I'm slightly concerned about Feels' whereabouts. Tempted to post a thread with the title "Aren't the police shit and incompetent?".

There was a thread I noticed yesterday(?) Something along the lines my wife cheated on me and I'm 'meh' by a Felix different no.

It's a bit ironic though. I feel I've been trained. He's not even on the buggering thread and, with me helping, he's derailing it.

It's a year...just to start making decisions. It's not a good system for those accused and for those who are genuinely victims. The people who are using the system, the cry bullies, it's brilliant.
