I'm delighted to have received notification from the CPS via Surrey Police that following my arrest in October 2022 and then again in April 2023, I will not be prosecuted for either malicious communications or harassment.

The CPS consider that the evidential test has not been met.

I am however still being sued for "misuse of private information" and I am very well aware that the complainant will inevitably exercise their right to review the CPS decision so I will say no more, at this stage.

I've seen allegations that Reddit monitors which other sites its users visit. I assume this is, again, simply untrue. If not, I'd be interested to know by which mechanisms this happens, as I have a Reddit account.

It's already been established the so-called "evidence" or whatever they call it posted on kiwifarms is false and defamation.

I hope the other victims of kiwifarms take legal action too.

Nothing has been established. It’s a default judgment as the defendant didn’t turn up to defend the claim.

The court can’t consider evidence if it isn’t presented to it.

I had a good feeling that this would go Caroline's way eventually. On the last stretch now, although it will take some time.

I wonder what happened to the jobsworth plod who disappeared on quite a bit of "leave" earlier in the year? All the bollocks scenarios on here from you know who about perhaps going to Australia and so on. So desperate with their smoke and mirrors to hide the truth.

Well done to Dr. Louise and CF for having such guts and determination to see this through, and to refuse to be silenced.

There's a lot of unravelling of iffy people and their links to each other in this saga, including flying monkeys, but the truth will eventually out. It always does.

It really really hasn't. Kiwi farmers have gathered evidence which has led to abused children being removed from their abusers, and led to prosecutions of perpetrators of animal cruelty. It's funny how you never hear about that, just the same constant smears.

Anyhoo, back to the topic in hand. I really hope Caroline Farrow sues the so called police force who have allowed themselves to be puppeted by spiteful activists.
