I'm delighted to have received notification from the CPS via Surrey Police that following my arrest in October 2022 and then again in April 2023, I will not be prosecuted for either malicious communications or harassment.

The CPS consider that the evidential test has not been met.

I am however still being sued for "misuse of private information" and I am very well aware that the complainant will inevitably exercise their right to review the CPS decision so I will say no more, at this stage.

Generally, the only people concerned to an obsessive extent about KF are those who, through their own behaviour, have become a subject of discussion. I have zero sympathy for the thread about Caroline's complainant (indeed, it's been a useful resource when I've needed to evidence some things). The comments are justified, nearly always deserved, and I hope the complainant feels humiliated by much of it given what Caroline, and others, have endured. I won't pretend to take the high road but enjoying the commentary is different from unevidenced claims of being multiple posters.

Meanwhile, it's difficult to see how Surrey Police are going to avoid a payout over this. A failed Stalking Order, failed case, no evidence found, and a commissioner implying nefarious behavior from Caroline before thousands on Twitter. There's no way to spin it: They fucked up taking the complainant at face value.

Who post pictures of their guns, knives and axes and tells women that they're coming for them? Never mind what they're going to do with their barbed wire wrapped bats.

Who is it who carry signs calling for assault, rape and death of women, who surround women and threaten them, scream their visceral hate at them and assault them, as the Police stand by?

Who carry out lie-filled campaigns of bullying and harassment, to have women sacked and keep them from working?

Can you tell who the bad guys are? If you actually think it's GC women, there's something very badly wrong with you.

Thank you @DrLouiseJMoody for the general update. Even though I don't know her, I'm becoming increasingly emotionally invested in seeing Caroline secure a fair outcome the more I understand. Obviously the general principle of fairness in law is also important.

It’s on a thread about the Hogwarts Game, basically said the game was transphobic for making the trans character so manly.

Only the character was voiced by an actual MtF transgender person, and the character was created using that image capture technology stuff, so it was a pretty accurate depiction of the actual actor.

Re the screenshot's claim that "female only lesbian subs" were being banned, were they really actual "lesbian subs" or were they just "gender critical" subs in disguise to talk negatively about trans people?

There was a recent so-called "reddit experiment" mentioned on here where a sub was set up that lasted a short time before being banned, I forget what it was called. The title suggested it was for lesbians but just about every thread on there was talking about trans people in a very derogatory, hateful and abusive manner. Some of the posts I reported on there resulted in the posters receiving permanent bans from reddit.

So, that may actually answer that claim. Noone is fooled if you try to dress up transphobia as "a sub for lesbians" if every single post is about trans people.

The claim made in the screenshot is also misleading as Reddit has plenty of active women-only, feminist and LGBT subs. Reddit just won't stand for hate which includes homophobia or transphobia.

These subs are all in the top 1% most popular on reddit.

A quick look through them I see people talking about their homosexuality in a very civilised manner, which may explain why they became very popular and established subs instead of lasting a week before being banned.

I can't speak for the hundreds of thousands of users on those subs, and I don't really need to know who "does" who. Why not go over and ask them for yourself?

I notice these things. Having been focused for 30 years on living my own life and having my own sexuality and being proud of it vilely annoying men by denying them access to my vag.
