I'm delighted to have received notification from the CPS via Surrey Police that following my arrest in October 2022 and then again in April 2023, I will not be prosecuted for either malicious communications or harassment.

The CPS consider that the evidential test has not been met.

I am however still being sued for "misuse of private information" and I am very well aware that the complainant will inevitably exercise their right to review the CPS decision so I will say no more, at this stage.

Another shocking update from Farrow's case:

"Devices update 2

Yesterday, 16th February, we received a letter from the arresting officer with contact details of the property store.

It told us we had 28 days to make contact & collect otherwise the items would be destroyed.

The letter was dated 16th January."

They are just taking the piss, aren't they? It absolutely has to be deliberate.

Bloody hell! She needs to sue them to the moon and back. This is deliberate cruelty.

The devices supposedly full of terrorist content that contained fuck all of the sort. Sorry Police Force are an absolute state. The PCC and the Chief Constable should be answering questions about this.

Have they in fact lost/broken them way back and someone's trying to dodge responsibility? In any case after all this time and the rate electronics get obsolete these days, they've deprived her of much of the useful lifespan. I hope she sues.
