I'm delighted to have received notification from the CPS via Surrey Police that following my arrest in October 2022 and then again in April 2023, I will not be prosecuted for either malicious communications or harassment.

The CPS consider that the evidential test has not been met.

I am however still being sued for "misuse of private information" and I am very well aware that the complainant will inevitably exercise their right to review the CPS decision so I will say no more, at this stage.

It's quite shocking* that so many TRAs turn out to be transphobic alongside their homophobia, racism and misogyny.

Our latest bunch will slip up soon in the same way Margy did.

Just wanted to note that the majority on the ‘Farms are not on the side of women OR transpeople. They indiscriminately attack, hate, chronicle, provide receipts and joke about whomever piques their interest.

Also, it would be rather hypocritical to berate the women of FWR whilst simultaneously being a long time prolific poster on certain sites - should that actually be the case…

It’s a little concerning that the response to this news is to remind women how they shouldn’t have the right to reply on certain sites and how those sites themselves mean those women have certain opinions. It’s always telling us what to do, isn’t it? Caroline has been very clear about why she posts on there and that she does so in her own name.

Yes, there's absolutely no proof whatsoever that Caroline has posted with a sock account; indeed, she had an alibi for the time of a post she was accused of making. Your comment may very well be defamatory.

That sounds quite sinister.

Not only no proof, but the police having had all her and her families IT for over a year, couldn't find proof.

So another completely spurious accusation probably from the same source that the original one came from. Someone really is obsesseed with her.

One of the lies claims was that C was multiple posters on KF incl. someone who posted a meme of the complainant in a gas chamber. What's ironic is that we had a WhatsApp convo. when it was posted saying "that's a bit much" and "we'd better not get the blame" (I won't comment on whether I still think the former given what we've been put through). We were clueless like everyone else.

The reality is that when you've made an utter spectacle of yourself by constantly doing ridiculous things like suing everything that moves, people are going to discuss you and laugh at you somewhere that won't get shut down. If you don't like it, then stop behaving like a lunatic.

Although I'm pleased for Caroline, I'm still absolutely furious at what she has had to endure, for such a long time now.

There is only one side being arrested.

I too have always struggled to understand "Farrow" threads on here. Everything is so convoluted, there are so many weird golf club type incidents, so many complaints, so it is tempting to think there must be fire as well as smoke.

But then threads are consistently derailed by some obtuse posts. Just the mention of Farrow is a form of catnip. Unfortunately these posters only serve as evidence that things are really weird and that Caroline has the patience and resilience of a saint. (A Catholic one, naturally.) Similarly the behaviour has allowed Jersh and his farmers to take on the role of white knights, coming to her aid.

There is still a way to go, and I wish Caroline godspeed. I suspect, from earlier articles, that the Mail is following the story and that when it is all done they will publish, and I suspect many will be shocked at what Caroline was put through.

This is what comes from the trans movement overplaying an initially strong hand and being focussed on their rights without heeding the needs and concerns of other. Very few actually believe that TWAW, but equally very few suggest denying transwomen the rights they are allowed in law. We are now seeing who is brave enough to stand up and acknowledge that sex is immutable and that there are circumstances in which women and girls should be protected through access to single sex spaces. In and amongst there are some unlikely heroes.

Goodness. That was a swift and messy derailment.

It’s on a thread about the Hogwarts Game, basically said the game was transphobic for making the trans character so manly.

Only the character was voiced by an actual MtF transgender person, and the character was created using that image capture technology stuff, so it was a pretty accurate depiction of the actual actor.

I never called Mumsnet anything, and I understand debate is permitted here i.e. we don't all need to share gender critical views?
