Just seen this .but sad to see it's still not over.

I'm delighted to have received notification from the CPS via Surrey Police that following my arrest in October 2022 and then again in April 2023, I will not be prosecuted for either malicious communications or harassment.

The CPS consider that the evidential test has not been met.

I am however still being sued for "misuse of private information" and I am very well aware that the complainant will inevitably exercise their right to review the CPS decision so I will say no more, at this stage.

I can sympathise with lady kiwis, having had stupidly enormous children myself.

I see Caroline has posted images of trans women on her twitter publicly encouraging others to mock them.

I couldn't see that, have you got a link?

SinnerBoy · 31/10/2023 22:34

On Growing kiwi fruit, we were in Croatia and saw them growing in a few places and stopped at one house to marvel at the size of the vine and the plethora of fruit on it. It covered the gable end and half the front wall

A woman saw us from the window, came out and told us to take as many as we liked; she seemed disappointed that we only filled a carrier bag. There were several orders of magnitude more than she could deal with and piles of the rotting on the ground!

HiddenLegoOuch · 01/11/2023 00:58

Do the police honestly have any idea how this looks to any sane, rational person?

It seems that Surrey Police need something stronger than a warning, such as some of them being drummed out of the force.

anyolddinosaur · 01/11/2023 07:10

Sorry Police need to be sued for harassment as well as wrongful arrest.

That is truly disturbing. There really is something rotten going on there.

MassiveWordSalad · 01/11/2023 09:35

DI Gritty Tunnocks was the lone voice of reason in the Sorry Police Force, hounded out of her job and threatened outside of work by mysterious agents. She became disillusioned and came close to losing her sanity before deciding the only way to help others like her was to become a private investigator. Coming soon from Robert Galbraith.

There’s clearly someone in that police force who is —still— monitoring Ms Farrow’s social media, and thinking that they —he— can decide on the legality (or otherwise) of her communications.

It’s starting to turn me into a free speech absolutist. Ms Farrow’s experience demonstrates how close we are to a police state.

Needmoresleep · 01/11/2023 15:35

Or someone who monitors the social media and informs their friend in the police, along with their advice on the legal position.

Someone who identifies as a lawyer.

FarEast · 01/11/2023 18:15

well, anyone can identify as a lawyer ….

oh, I’ve been a radical feminist for far longer than that.

In between PC Useful and the Police & Crime Commissioner Lisa Townsend there were many steps that had to be gone through in order that the PCC ended up briefed with PC Useful's writing of the narrative.

Lisa Townsend might not be my cup of tea (politically) but she is nobody's fool. Except, well ... maybe it looks like she possibly is.

So how it all came about is intriguing.

PCs do not brief PCCs. Only very senior officers and the Chief Constable (and their other advisers) brief PCCs. It's the chain of command in the middle that has some explaining to do. Who convinced who of what; and how did it pass up the chain?

The hoo ha with Crispin Blunt reminded me that he's Sorry based. An engine search of his and Lisa Townsend's names throws up quite a few hits. They go back to last year, when he and others, made complaints about the GC Police and Crime Commissioner, for tweeting support for JKR amongst other things. Lisa Townsend is not a Stonewall fan it appears, and has two law degrees, so appears to understand what The Law really is.

I've tried to do a couple of links with not so many adverts. However there's quite a bit out there. Sorry is tra captured it seems.

AutumnCrow · 04/11/2023 15:49

Yes, @LarkLane - the article about her decision that Surrey Constabulary would be binning off Stonewall for the Mail on Sunday in 2021 was definitely discussed on here.

It was also, as you'd imagine, discussed on Twitter and I did a rough 'head count' of the other Police & Crime commissioners who supported her. There were at least 8 others. These included Donna Jones (Hants) - I believe she is now the Chair of the Association of Police & Crime Commissioners, taking over from Marc Jones (Lincs).

I think when the penny drops with Townsend that she has been very badly briefed, possibly with her old foes pulling the strings, it will be an interesting day in her office. It just amazes me that an intelligent un-captured woman like her, given the levels of support she would receive from a PCC and CAPCC like Donna Jones, walked right into it.

For me it's one of life's mysteries how a police constable's problematic narrative could travel all the way up the chain of command (repeatedly, it seems) to the Chief Constable and the Police & Crime Commissioner.

Surrey Police Commissioner: Stonewall pushes dangerous trans ideology

Lisa Townsend, newly elected Conservative Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey, is demanding that Surrey Police stop employing Stonewall.

PC Useful can only carry a little bit of this can. At the end of the day it goes all the way up the chain of command. At the end, the top officer has to explain why he is spaffing 10s of thousands on an embarrassing shitshow entirely under his watch.

Sigh. I assume @catduckgoose posted the rumble dot com link where Josh from Kiwi Farms interviewed Caroline yesterday. You can find it by going there and searching for Mad At The Internet.

Edit: Paedophiles are now demanding the right to work in nurseries but we're all safe because Mumsnet censors Rumble links.

SpiderMaan · 18/12/2023 10:40

I listened to it yesterday., all of it! Looking forward to part 2.

Caroline is surprisingly funny for a vicar’s wife (my prejudice was imprinted on me during 1980s Sunday school).

In MNHQ's defence my comment was automatically hidden but when I reported the comment asking for it to be released from quarantine they did so, no questions asked.

The other comment soon after that I didn't report is still sitting there hidden, so I guess these are in some separate queue to the reports, that gets looked at whenever?

I am bumping this thread to post a recent conversation between Caroline and Josh Moon where she give a chronological, detailed & contextualised account of her recent court dealings with S Hayden & Surrey police.

BezMills · 05/01/2024 03:26

Babump! I will listen thanks

That was very long! But I listened to it at 1.5 speed and it's well worth listening to.

Especially for those that just didn't know! (Allegedly)
