I'm delighted to have received notification from the CPS via Surrey Police that following my arrest in October 2022 and then again in April 2023, I will not be prosecuted for either malicious communications or harassment.

The CPS consider that the evidential test has not been met.

I am however still being sued for "misuse of private information" and I am very well aware that the complainant will inevitably exercise their right to review the CPS decision so I will say no more, at this stage.

Quick but important show and tell thread. Police officer told me that the CPS had warned me that if I mentioned Stephanie Hayden's name again it could be considered harassment.

Obviously we were going to query this warning with the CPS. Turns out Surrey police were lying again and trying to suppress my article 10 rights. This is standard wording, no specific warning given.

The Police's behaviour is vindictive.

Based on my own very recent experience with a similarly lying complainant, unless the CF formally pled (plead?) not guilty, the CPS offered no evidence, and she was pronounced “not guilty”, it is standard that they can reopen the case.

It’s complete bullshit really and no doubt there will be a non zero number of people very keen to stir this up.

I see Caroline has posted images of trans women on her twitter publicly encouraging others to mock them. Are the trans women she has posted aware she has done this? I think it's fair they have a right to know incase they may wish to make a harassment complaint too.

ok sure. I clicked the link which was posted today a few posts above, the first thing you see on there are very derogatory transphobic posts on her public twitter account which I think the people depicted in them should know about.

I'm also interested in whether some of the replies to her post should be brought to the attention of the police? Someone has mentioned "Get a load of big blokes together to go with you" and someone else said something about "wielding a golf club". Obviously CF may not be responsible for what her twitter followers say but if they're making threatening comments then they need reported.

I clicked a link which was posted above, and couldn't help noticing she has publicly posted transphobic content on her profile and also some of the comments to the recent post could be considered threatening, some of them are also saying they are going to harass the person she has been told not to mention.

The men going with her comment is because she is scared they will arrest her for some made up crime, and let's face it they have form for doing that to her.

And the golf club joke goes straight over the top of your head I see.

And if you think some posts responding to C.F. Are unacceptable then report them. But no one on Twitter can be held responsible for comments made to their posts.

And the big blokes... Probably to make her feel safe and protected as I'm guessing she doesnt feel particularly safe or protected when she has to go anywhere near the police.

I was told by Mumsnet not to mention said website on this thread anymore, but in direct response to your comment, the pdf you posted is from 2022. I saw a post on kiwifarms from earlier this year from someone claiming to be Farrow making a threat of violence.

No you didn't. You saw a post by another poster not CF, clearly making fun of this ridiculous situation by posting 'I'm CFs other account and I think X', and then another poster (also not CF) saying 'yes very amusing but cut it out, you're not helping.'

And I'm not suggesting anything. I said I saw a post by someone on the other website claiming to be Caroline Farrow making the threat. If that isn't her and is a sick troll impersonator then she might want to consult her lawyers to go about getting it removed and possibly trace whoever posted it.

Nothing to really do with my link which was more related to me still being curious why you are monitoring her use of twitter or to translate, checking her internet use or electronic communications, or to spoon-feed you slightly further, watching, spying or forcing contact with her through any means, including through social media.

You were the one who brought kiwifarms back up. And I'm not repeating anything as the claim is of a very extreme nature and I don't think would be appropriate to quote.
