I'm delighted to have received notification from the CPS via Surrey Police that following my arrest in October 2022 and then again in April 2023, I will not be prosecuted for either malicious communications or harassment.

The CPS consider that the evidential test has not been met.

I am however still being sued for "misuse of private information" and I am very well aware that the complainant will inevitably exercise their right to review the CPS decision so I will say no more, at this stage.

Publicly mentioning the person the police advised her not to publicly mention is maybe not the wisest course of action. If I were her I think I would try to put this all behind me, put my family first and move on with my life.

The Sorry Police Farce need to stop giving CF advice and have a little word with themselves tbf

The police tracing the user would be one way to find out who it is.

Or if it's "just a joke" as someone here suggested a few posts back, maybe the user could own up in their real name?

Talking of gritty Tunnocks, I've finished the box and nairy a speck of grit was encountered. I think it must have just been a bad batch or it was a scurrilous rumour, totally lacking in any truth put about by......someone. Who? I'll probably never know.

I think Gritty Tunnocks was a police officer but went through something traumatic so left and became a PI.
