You may attend in person or remote viewing has been quite limited but you can request log in details from

Email [email protected]

Header should read

URGENT CURRENT CASE - Public Access Request - J Phoenix - The Open University - 3322700/2021

It's been a tough week for Justin virtual gatekeeping with all those very respectful and polite women. I hope he is having some downtime, possibly with some nice cheese.

Jo saying that "The security staff at Watford Tribunal could not have been more pleasant and friendly."

No mention of the fragrant Justin but I didn't have him down as the pleasant and friendly type.

A summer bee lives for only about 6 weeks, 3 weeks as a nurse bee and 3 weeks as a forager. In her lifetime she will collect enough nectar for barely a single teaspoon of honey.

It's the equivalent of a bathtub full, in human terms. Sorry to bring you down, but drones' genitals don't explode, they are only ripped out and remain in the queen.

Thank you everyone for your comments here. I have enjoyed them and they gave me heart (and at times laughter) during a difficult 3 weeks.

Oh Jo; you have all the heart. We merely reflected it back to you.

I hope you can get some much-needed rest now as you wait. Best wishes.

SinnerBoy · 20/10/2023 21:38

Good for you Jo, good for you! I hope you get the verdict you deserve and that in future, organisations stop ruining womens' lives like they have been doing.

MavisMcMinty · 20/10/2023 21:38

It must have been hard listening to all those witnesses over the weeks, it was hard just reading about it on this thread. Over now, bar the judging, fingers crossed it doesn’t have to go to appeal. I salute your strength and courage @JoPhoenix .

CriticalCondition · 20/10/2023 21:40

I want to thank you, Jo. After what you've been through you deserve to win a fortune from these bastards and I hope you do. Whatever happens you've been an inspiration and your name will be up there with Maya and Allison. Thank you.

Lincolnshire Poacher is absolutely wonderful!!! And available all over the country now - I buy in London's farmers markets - One of my favourite cheeses.

And indeed a great Xmas gift as goes brilliantly with Xmas cake too!!

I'm sure Jo's partial to a bit of cheese, now and again!

BIWI · 20/10/2023 21:44

I can't believe that I missed this - or any of the other threads Shock Sad

I've tried to catch up with this one, but it's not been easy.

As ever, many thanks to those who are note-taking/transcribing, which is never an easy task.

My only contribution is a cheese one:

... as a Northerner exiled in the South, it was a bit of a pilgrimage when we went there recently.

All best wishes to Jo for a positive outcome.
