You may attend in person or remote viewing has been quite limited but you can request log in details from

Email [email protected]

Header should read

URGENT CURRENT CASE - Public Access Request - J Phoenix - The Open University - 3322700/2021

Ask for access link and pin and please give your name and address in the email as they check when you connect to the tribunal.

Is everyone else at WFTCHTJ? I did the classic thing of not acknowledging the being thrown out, so then I wasn't in a position to be let back in - hope I haven't missed the letting-back-in slot.

MyLadyDisdainlsYetLiving · 13/10/2023 12:32

@Ameanstreakamilewide I think it goes back to the simple thing of not being able to reason someone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into.

Yes, I think you are absolutely right. That's the conclusion I came to after I was mulling over your post last night on here. It's impossible to reason with or find reason in nonsense.

GCITC · 13/10/2023 12:39

MrsOvertonsWindow · 13/10/2023 12:37

Do the witnesses affirm or take the oath to tell the truth?

It's up to the witnesses.

JoIsBraverThanIAm · 13/10/2023 12:39

(answering own q, here we are back, good)

Ereshkigalangcleg · 13/10/2023 12:40

I think it goes back to the simple thing of not being able to reason someone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into.

Yes, this exactly.

CriticalCondition · 13/10/2023 12:41

LD retweeting Tara Hewitt.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 13/10/2023 12:42

Do i detect a tone in her last couple of 'yes' answers??

MrsDoylesCake · 13/10/2023 12:42

MrsOvertonsWindow · 13/10/2023 12:37

Do the witnesses affirm or take the oath to tell the truth?

This is LD’s truth. Which is a much more special truth than the truth we might commonly consider truth. This is trans truth. And like a Jehovah’s Witness LD considers it their duty to spread the trans truth wherever they go. Constantly. And at length.

LarkLane · 13/10/2023 12:42

MrsOvertonsWindow · 13/10/2023 12:37

Do the witnesses affirm or take the oath to tell the truth?

You can choose.

MrsOvertonsWindow · 13/10/2023 12:43

GCITC · 13/10/2023 12:39

It's up to the witnesses.

But they must commit to truth telling?
Idly wonders at the sight of so many OU staff evidently failing to do what they've promised....

LarkLane · 13/10/2023 12:43

CriticalCondition · 13/10/2023 12:41

LD retweeting Tara Hewitt.

Oh wow

What is WFTCHTJ, please?

CriticalCondition · 13/10/2023 12:46

BC - You were in breach of OU social media policy in sharing these tweets
LD - I disagree

Mmmnotsure · 13/10/2023 12:46

BC: All these retweets. GCRN is transphobic. Anti-intellectual. Creating an openly hostile environment for OU staff and students

B C: You were in breach of OU sm policy. Promoting de-platforming of the group.

LD: Don't see the word de-platforming

BC: it does say to deny a platform

LD: I do see the word platform but it doesn't say de-platforming.

[Kill me now]

JoIsBraverThanIAm · 13/10/2023 12:46

WFTCHTJ is Waiting for the conference host to join - a state we spend much time in, but missing which means you aren't getting in.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 13/10/2023 12:46

It's ok for the LSE to apply their academic freedom, but not the GCRN.

Mmmnotsure · 13/10/2023 12:47

Vegemiteandhoneyontoast · 13/10/2023 12:46

What is WFTCHTJ, please?

Waiting for the conference host to join. It's what you hear while waiting to be admitted to the tribunal on line.

Vegemiteandhoneyontoast · 13/10/2023 12:47

Thank you for the translation!

Theeyeballsinthesky · 13/10/2023 12:49

It’s very interesting seeing someone who clearly identifies as Very Smart (LD) up against someone who actually IS Very Smart - Ben

CriticalCondition · 13/10/2023 12:49

BC- I'm not going to put each question twice, it's up to you how you answer it

UnalterableSpaceCadet · 13/10/2023 12:49

I'd assumed it was Waiting For The Conference something something Justin 😃

LD needs to contact the Oxford, Cambridge, and Macmillan Dictionaries of the English Language.

Mind, they've all been very obliging in adopted other compelled terminologies so I'm sure there will be revisions along soon.

Mmmnotsure · 13/10/2023 12:50

LD doesn't agree. BC doesn't bother any more, just goes on to the next defamatory tweet.

Chrysanthemum5 · 13/10/2023 12:50

Having established that he thinks this witness of not being entirely truthful BC is now able to whizz through tweets

Chrysanthemum5 · 13/10/2023 12:51

Although hearing BC reading then and saying 'you can fuck off' is a bit of a shock
