member - given the investigator was chosen for his knowledge of academic freedom and he recommended taking down the open letters what was the discussion that led to the decision not take them down.

I don't think JM does know @Chrysanthemum5 as she's taking further instruction from clients. Perhaps starting with WTF is this all about?

Panel: Did you consider academic freedom?

CM: That would have been a consideration. The decision was that balance between lawful right to protest and ac freedom and also element of protections under EA. It would have been looking at all of those.

I think not taking down the open letters is potentially the smoking gun.
