Easiest way of catching haggi is to put pepper on the rocks at the top of the mountain, then when they sniff it and sneeze, their head movements cause them to knock themselves out on the rocks, you just bag them after that. Far quicker than waiting for them to roll down to the bottom of the mountain.
LOLzzzz at your poem @Boiledbeetle So true and yet so very funny! :-D
@Cookiedough41 " Oh god anything quite frankly. They used to do (free) tours of the factory as well although I'm not sure if they are still on. The waiting list for them ran into years but oh so worth it. "
I think Greg Wallace? ( the guy off Masterchef? ) did one of those ' how it's
made ' type programmes from the Tunnocks factory, sadly it looks like the series has finished now but it won't be long before it's repeated, unless they've binned the series due to Wallace resigning for offending someone :-/
@JanesLittleGirl " My parents had bought me a cuddly toy bagpipes that looked like a tartan animal with a long nose and tail and four spindly legs. "
