The best thing we can do right now is define sex in the equality act 2010 as biological.

That means we can have both single and mixed sex services and facilities without activists trying to shut down all single sex services.

This is in the US which has different laws and they performed GRS and the doctor that performed it was using an "experimental" procedure that hadn't been tested yet. It's awful and it shouldn't have happened and the doctors that performed it shrugged it off in there own incompetence but it's a very rare case

There is no such thing as blue or pink souls. You can believe in souls if you like but we cannot arrange society around something that we cannot see, sex is material. To translate into language you might understand, Penis-people in one toilet, vagina -people in the other.

And no, amputating a penis doesn’t make a penis-person into a vagina-person, it makes them a penisless-penis-person (because humans cannot change sex and single sex facilities are divvied up on the basis of sex, the clue is in the name).

Are you saying that transitioned males cannot be trusted to uphold female single sex spaces if they have been told under legislation they are not to use those spaces?

If the law states it, why do you think that people will use the ‘wrong sex’ facility? What do you think we did before males decided that they could use our spaces?

Well at least you do now appear to accept that pornography is associated with abuse, so at least there's that, I suppose. BTW dyslexia doesn't usually lead to such awful statements as child pornography isn't abuse and rape. As a person who is also dyslexic I have never made that error

I have. I've been doing research since I made friends with other Trans people at University and will continue to. I will continue to research better ways of protecting Cisgender women without compromising on progress and the freedoms of other people but so far all the solutions I see are. Keep things the same as always and hope people stop transitioning. If they don't restrict there freedoms and segregate them even if there isn't a reasonable cause to do so.

In some cases there are, in others there aren't. In women's shelters for example there should be a choice in whether Cisgender women are happy to be around those with different sex characteristics, but you can't police toilets, you can't ask to see someones genitals and you certainly don't want to bother installing gender neutral toilets / changing facilities or at least so what do you want to do. Transgender people wont stop transitioning just because you don't like it. I don't see how any of this helps other than to stoke the fire
