The police are not looking for anyone else, we know how this generally unfolds.

RIP Dawid, Maja and Monika. Sorry society has failed yet another family, I can't see an end to this.

Heartbreaking 💔

Farmageddon · 18/06/2023 16:32

I know, so awful. Unfortunately the first thing I thought of was it was a family annihilator case. The fact that the police are not looking for anyone else seems to support that.

I bet she was trying to leave him or something. Bastard.

Backstreets · 18/06/2023 16:33

Those sweet babies, that lovely mum. Meaningless

WomenShouldStillWinWomensSports · 18/06/2023 16:39

Bit of a leap here! Could have been carbon monoxide for all we know. I think maybe wait until the details come out before assuming something when no one knows what happened.

EvenmoreDisorganised · 18/06/2023 16:41

I wondered about carbon monoxide too

BishopRock · 18/06/2023 16:43

Immediate thought when I read about this was that it was a triple murder and a suicide.

However, I suppose it could be carbon monoxide.

gallina · 18/06/2023 16:44

Is it not a bit shitty to be calling him a bastard, when we don't know yet what has happened?!

GerundTheBehemoth · 18/06/2023 16:46

The article says 'The Metropolitan Police's investigation is being led by homicide detectives', which would suggest it's probably not carbon monoxide poisoning.

"The Metropolitan Police's investigation is being led by homicide detectives."

From the article. The Met don't do that for CO poisoning.

Fair enough, I may well be wrong about it.

But statistically it's most likely to be the case.

This is so disrespectful to the family when we don't even know what happened. Please don't speculate and make assumptions, it's bloody awful!

My first thought was carbon monoxide too.

MrsTerryPratchett · 18/06/2023 16:51

Homicide detectives don't investigate CO poisoning.

FFS.

We can take a pretty good guess. The investigation is being led by homicide detectives and no one else is involved.

That is code for family annihilation

gallina · 18/06/2023 16:52

@Farmageddon I agree with you, I hope you're wrong though.
My first though was carbon monoxide poisoning but maybe that's wishful thinking. Awful awful situation, those poor babies 😢

flapjackfairy · 18/06/2023 16:56

well its not just men. In Stoke on Trent it appears the mother killed her 2 children last weekend.
So many innocent babies killed by those who should be the v people to lay down their lives to protect them.

BlackAndWhiteUsername · 18/06/2023 16:56

Also if it was co poisoning
It would usually say something like police aren't looking for anyone etc etc

Often when it's something like this they say aren't looking for anyone ELSE

How many cases of male partner taking the lives of female partner and children.

Now how many of female taking the lives of her male partner and children

Oh give over.

Sarah2891 · 18/06/2023 16:59

Dreadful. So sick of these things happening.

It was murder/suicide by the way.

FedgeHund · 18/06/2023 17:00

Polish and that looks like a first holy communion dress. The family will likely believe in next life judgement.

flapjackfairy · 18/06/2023 17:02

@MrsTerryPratchett
Oh give over ?
So it is okay if a woman perpetrates the violence.
She also stabbed her Male partner but no doubt he was asking for it because on MN it is always the mans fault. .

'it's not just mennnnnn'. Bingo.

God, how can that be your first response to an obvious family annihilation, seriously??
