Ironic that Kass used argued that people shouldn’t have the right to offend, whilst being excruciatingly offensive towards Professor Stock.

Similarly, whilst arguing about “attacks” on trans people and claiming to feel “unsafe” it was pretty clear who actually felt under attack and unsafe. Clue: not any of the trans people.

I have kitten envy. Katy Jon had an impressive cat retinue. I fear for the safety of any kitten parkouring on Katy Jon’s teetering book towers. Stay safe kitties!

kass doesn’t come across well. But kass didn’t come across well at the debate either. Even more of a self absorbed male now.

These students needs to get a flipping grip. Oxford and Cambridge are supposed to be two of the top universities in the country. Children and young people should aspire at study there and to learn there. The current students are very off-putting - either turning up to a debate with your only intention being an ad hominem attack or to stop the debate entirely. These are not the kind of role models children and teenagers should be aspiring to be.

I know I sound dead old (and I'm still in my 30s), but I do despair about the current generation of students. They seem to be far too conformist and nowhere near intellectually curious enough.

Rather pointed juxtaposition of Lily and Kass complaining of feeling so very, very afraid, edited up against the army of students with their shouty banners and pounding drums ranged outside Doc Stock's debate. Funny that they’re suddenly not so afraid then.

She is at that.

I have no problem with Finn identifying as a transmasc lesbian. Think that's fine and reasonable. It's her urge to bring down other feminists and dismiss the massive issues caused by trans ideology that I object to.

Thank goodness they showed that FWS meeting. Otherwise it was rather a lot of trans voices vs women.

They should be taking out their anger on the older generation for leaving them with precarious work, student debt and ability to buy their first property when they turn 64 years old.

But not fairy tales on gender.

Wrong battle, a whole generation misled, and let down.
