It’s not clear what the customer said, it’s presumed she misgenders the employee as he calls her transphobic. He calls her Karen and then either grabs the phone or the person who’s filming.

The tall former employee with the pink hair wears a name badge with a random non gender specific word as their name. Their badge states their pronouns as "they". They are not the only one whose badge says "they" in the branch although most of the other staff have more conventional names and appearances, so it would be easy to make a mistake in the staff's minds if you didn't look at their badges..

They take an age to serve anyone in the store, spending most of their time ignoring the customers. The window was smashed.

That or someone fell asleep on their keyboard as they were typing mosh 🤷🏻‍♀️

I've just had a flashback to being about 10 years old and v enamoured of the talking horse in one of the Narnia books. Said horse's name was Bree-Hee-Hinny-Brinny-Hoohy-Ha.
