Obviously, for some posters, it's a bit of a dream because until the person has been arrested, charged, gone to trial, and been found guilty or not, apparently, speculation is futile and pointless. Especially if it involves pointing out that the police are being weaponised by bad faith actors. (When they're not bad faith actors themselves, of course.)

NRFT but is this the 2nd time this has happened ? Because according to the Daily Mail she said she was cooking the family roast dinner when the police arrived and there are photos for an officer holding the door to prevent her closing it.
Being in the shower does sound more dramatic though, but was it true?

We rarely get the full story, in this particular instance, I agree. But we also know who is responsible for a lot of the persecution she has endured.

Tbh I think the absolute last thing we need is misogyny as a hate crime. Who do you think would benefit? It definitely wouldn't be women.

In fact, I'd like to see all hate crime legislation get in the bin. Crime against a person is no more or less bad because of the characteristics of the complainant/victim.

How can such an invasion be actioned, or even considered acceptable, given all the focus on police behaviour and women's rights in recent months.

This incident only happened a few hours ago.

He spends hours on here policing women's words.

He spent hours telling us that Posie Parker needed to be investigated for crimes because someone said she had committed some crime. Turns out, what she said didn't need investigating as it was all in video and what she said wasn't even a crime in the first place.

He intimated that, even though a police officer was stood next to her for the full Brighton event, witnessing the whole thing, she could somehow have slipped the net and gone off and committed some heinous crime, which didn't get caught on video or seen by the hundreds of people there, this warranting the investigation, arrest and potential court case. I'm sure the apology to her is in the post.

Yes of course, and I don't know much at all about Farrow and certainly nothing about her personally. It's just very strange for a PCC to make a cryptic non-comment on a (possibly) ongoing situation.
