Caroline has just posted on twitter that the police were trying to force entry - WTF going on?

Three officers saying she has to go with them.

Felix, while you’re here, why don’t the death & rape threats aimed at women get the same level of police attention? Genuinely interested, I have no knowledge of the law/policing in this area, but eg ‘decaptitate terms’ was fine apparently?

Boiledbeetle · 27/04/2023 12:31

Felix125 · 27/04/2023 11:43

Is she wanted for an offence?
Has there been an allegation made against her?
Is it an ongoing incident?
Whats the necessity of the arrest?

3 officers - possibly two officers are double crewed that day and the third was MOE (method of entry trained) who was asked to attend if the door was not being opened.

She is not being 'dragged out' - she is allowed to finish her shower and get ready.

Why don't you go on Twitter and read her tweets it's all there, all the historical shit as well.

She is being harassed by some bloke via the police who are happily assisting in that harassment.

Hagosaurus · 27/04/2023 12:32

*decapitate - sorry!

Felix125 · 27/04/2023 12:32

NotBadConsidering · 27/04/2023 12:24

So how can a person be convicted of an offence then? Offence needs an adjective to describe it.

You need to gather evidence - witness statements, CCTV, electronic downloads, suspects interview, suspects defence alibis, etc etc

This then gets passed to the next gate keeper - usually CPS to decide if there is sufficient evidence for a case to be heard at court

Then it goes to court to get a verdict

They do - each report will be investigated to an outcome which can be reviewed by the victim

So you are getting her side of the story - are we getting his side of the story too?

Or do the police just ignore him and take her side of the allegation from the onset?

Do we indeed know what the specific allegation is here?

Felix125 · 27/04/2023 12:37

AlisonDonut · 27/04/2023 12:22

Yes we must break into her house to stop her tweeting facts.

Very urgent.

Needs 3 blokes to stop her.

You don't know what the specific allegation is - you are just assuming.

ILikeDungs · 27/04/2023 12:39

AutumnCrow · 27/04/2023 12:11

Imagine though if everyone ignored Felix and his posts. Just skip over them

I do that with a couple of other posters as well, because it's just repetitive sea-lioning. Makes my head quieter that way.

It's what l do, l just scroll on by. Read the first by accident though. Can't be helped.

Huh, looks like there's not much to read on this thread if you scroll by a certain poster. Think l should walk the dog.

averylongtimeago · 27/04/2023 12:39

I've been following what has been happening to Caroline for a while. Just read her thread on Twitter.

3 police officers to arrest 1 middle aged women for possibly saying something a bloke doesn't like.

Meanwhile rapists are free to rape, burglaries are not investigated, violence against women is endemic, drug gangs proliferate etc etc etc.

The police have definitely got their priorities right, definitely Confused

Do you get off on a woman being intimidated by 3 blokes claiming to be bizzies when she's naked?

That wasn’t what I meant🙄. You said all offences are “alleged”, as if the word “offence” is merely the allegation. But that’s not true you have to qualify the word offence. It can either be an alleged offence or convicted of an offence.

In other words, you’re talking out of your arse. Allegedly.

AlisonDonut · 27/04/2023 12:46

Felix125 · 27/04/2023 12:37

You don't know what the specific allegation is - you are just assuming.

I'm guessing a middle aged married Catholic mother of 4 whose husband is a vicar ain't running drugs pal.

Datun · 27/04/2023 12:54

The Home Secretary has said the police should not be getting involved in highly contested, political debates on Twitter. She actually specifies gender critical issues.

She said they need to be responding actively and swiftly to the crimes that people are enduring instead of fuelling the perception that the police are more interested in virtue signalling (something that Felix has even denied has been happening, if I recall correctly).

One of the Twitter comments was to warn Caroline not to go on her own with the police, because it's not just virtue signalling that the public perceive is a problem, it's also rape and murder.

This persecution of Caroline Farrow has been going on for years and years. And we all know who's behind it.

ElbowsToes · 27/04/2023 12:59

I understand that there may be a chance that the two males involved may be ex Catholics.

Rosesbloomingnow · 27/04/2023 13:00

That poor woman. This is a shocking use of police resources. The claimant should be addressed for wasting police time also for cyber stalking and harassment by the looks of it.

Home County lines?

But you don't know what the claimant has claimed

Felix125 · 27/04/2023 13:04

You need to specify what the allegation being made is by the reporting person?

You need to specify what the allegation being made is by the reporting person?

No she doesn't. You are falling into the trap of thinking you can tell women what to do. Again.

Felix125 · 27/04/2023 13:06

NotBadConsidering
All offences reported to the police are alleged. You need to specify then what the offence being investigated here is?

mal comms, harassment, threats to cause damage, threats to kill....?

Otherwise your argument is futile.

Felix125 · 27/04/2023 13:08

Datun

Not so - before we can establish if the police should not have arrested her - we need to know what the allegation is?

Otherwise we are just assuming.

How do we know that a specif threat has been made to end his life?

Rosesbloomingnow · 27/04/2023 13:10

This police behaviour really does seem to fly in the face of the Home Secretary's recent guidance.

TeaserandtheFirecat · 27/04/2023 13:10

Who is felix, a repeat mansplainer here?

Brokendaughter · 27/04/2023 13:11

And yet they refuse to make misogyny a hate crime.

The police seem corrupt with the way they just keep helping misogynists attack/harass women.
