Do you know what Nike? Forget about “just do it”, as far as I am concerned you can just do one.

It's all very sad. Dylan is a biological man who seems to think being a woman means channelling Jackie Kennedy or a weird doll like creature. I have no doubt that body dysmorphia is horrendous but Dylan has a man's body, a man's hips, no breasts. Advertising a product specifically designed to help women to be able to exercise, without the pain that doing that with breasts causes, when Dylan doesnt have any breasts, is just bizarre.

Is he the same person that bought tampons and was squealing in a car asking 'wheeere does this go'?

No, that's a different brave and stunning misogynist.

Very rarely do I wish for a like button on here!

It is a rare day!

So I will create my own

BluebellBlueballs · 07/04/2023 09:39

Well, the only good thing about DM and that other 'face of trans' freak show Jeffrey Marsh is that they are peaking a lot of people.

Everyone is getting tired of this shit and not so afraid to say it these days

Amberfromcamber · 07/04/2023 09:40

I may not be the target market for Nike, 53 and menopausal. But I am the purchaser of Nike trainers for my 3DDs who have been told today I will no longer be buying Nike products.

That's it for me. It's just making a mockery of women.

To be fair Dylan is the chap to go to if you need a tampon in a tampon emergency situation. Apparently he carries one around with him like the knight in shiny and very tight armour he is.

If they were going to pick an influencer I would have gone for the girl who skips. I absolutely LOVE her videos.

Fleabea · 07/04/2023 09:53

Ffs a bloke does not need a sports bra.

Fleabea · 07/04/2023 09:54

...or tampons. Can't believe I actually had to type that.

MenopausalMe · 07/04/2023 09:57

Just saying to my husband my boycott list is getting so long I’m going to have to type it up and split it into sections now.

Nike well and truly on that list now

She has no boobs, hips, periods or menopause to deal with.
She doesn’t have a belly after pregnancy or overhang after a C-section. She doesn’t have years of being harassed in the street by boys and men for simply being a woman/girl exercising. She hasn’t been mocked for being too fat to too thin by men and boys. No one has written articles or comment on her bingo wing arms. She hasn’t got varicose veins from pregnancy which people comment on or have left her embarrassed.
But apart from that - excellent choice.

*He……

Why does Nike think that having a man skipping around in women’s clothes will inspire actual women to buy their clothes?

Because they think that this person is a representative of a marginalised minority group. Instead of, perhaps a woman.

Jackiewoo · 07/04/2023 10:32

And the glaring fact that was not a woman... the length of the arms, the body fat, the proportions... before you even get to the ridiculous prancing. you forgot the massive man feet! Ick. I don't suppose Nike do a women's specific shoe big enough for those.

FannyFifer · 07/04/2023 10:41

No Idea why a dangerously malnourished man is promoting womens sports wear, there really is nothing reflective of a female body.

MrsJamin · 07/04/2023 10:57

What an own goal- showing that a sports bra can hold a man's chest when he's faffing about impresses no one into buying one for themselves.

Maireas · 07/04/2023 11:06

Sharron Davies is spot on.

Oigetoffmylawn · 07/04/2023 11:24

Why?!?

What does he know about what women need in sportswear?

Why on earth would the brand want to reduce their appeal? Reduce their market share? I'm a woman with huge hips - brands that have small hipped women as their sole models and ambassadors are sending out a clear message that their range won't work for me. Dylan's hips are narrow as they come!

Mumped · 07/04/2023 11:29

FFS I just bought some new Nike trainers for the summer. I’m returning them pronto.

Of all the amazing female athletes Nike could have chosen to market their stuff to women and girls they choose this unpleasant person.

What a joke.

Maireas · 07/04/2023 11:06

This. I liked the interviewer (Dan?) as well. The clip about the trans golfer winning the Australian Womens golf tournament was chilling. It needs to stop now, as Sharron says it’s one step forward, two back. It needs vigilance, vigilance, vigilance and calling out every time.

Returns are free if you're a member buying directly from the Nike gb website. Seems to me that a significantly increased volume of returns, maybe with an accompanying note explaining the reason for the return, is a good way of showing Nike that going woke has hit them in the wallet
