Let's hit the state sanctioned violence against women where it hurts - in their pockets.

Off the top of my head:

Wine - Oyster Bay, Villa Maria, the Ned, Wairau Cove, Brancott Eatate, Cloudy Bay
Lamb - check the label to make sure it's British
Manuka honey and ordinary honey - M&S stock quite a few.
Wool
Allbirds shoes
Canterbury clothing.

Have I missed anything?

I think KJK has been much more even handed with the NZ police than I feel they deserve. That she always acknowledges the amazing NZ women too, is only right but many people would forget to do that. She knows it isn't just about her. It makes it harder to dismiss her as an interloper, though Lord knows they're trying.

Yes and it’s appreciated. I know the women there are scared, some of them are my friends and I know my mother is concerned about public spaces and changing rooms too. My daughters both said to me after the weekend they’re glad we don’t live there anymore and won’t be visiting while self ID & all this woman hating changes. Which is really sad for us, I want all of us to be connected to our culture, but we won’t risk our lives or support NZ when it does this to women.

I've just been shopping and shunned all my favourite NZ wine in favour of French and South African.

If anyone is liking for a nice white wine, I can recommend Albariño which is a Spanish wine. It's my favourite white.

It's sometimes called Alvarinho if its portuguese but can be Albarino too.

I'm a bit late to the thread and I haven't read it all, but I'm reluctant to boycott NZ in anyway that will have an impact on the farmers. They are under huge pressure from their government at the moment and really don't need any more strife.

That said, I was desperate to go there on holiday. Now, not so much.

@EdithStourton I said earlier, my dads a farmer, I asked him about that and just how things are for farmers and he told me farmers are better off than most people and I needn’t concern myself. But that’s animal farming. Fruit and vegetable farmers will be having a different experience, however I’ve always thought it unethical to transport fruit from nz to uk.

If neo Nazis show up at these events, it's not because they support women's rights, it's because they hate trans people and want to cause mayhem. If trans activists didn't show up to protest against women speaking about women's rights, I can't imagine any Nazis would have bothered showing up. Does anyone seriously think they'd have turned up to support Kellie-Jay Keen and other women talking about women's spaces and women's sports? Because I do not.

Ultimately if you think believing that biological sex is real and important and that women should be allowed to have their own single sex spaces and sports is a far right position, what does that say about you? (Other than that you have clearly never read a book.)

An intelligent person would not say, "I oppose single sex spaces and sports for women because only the far right supports those things and I am left wing."

An intelligent person would be asking themselves why the hell the political left doesn't seem to think women should have those things.

And they would be asking themselves why the focus is on a few twats with Swastika tattoos who will show up anywhere there's likely to be trouble because that's their idea of a fun day out, and not on the large group of people supposedly representing the trans community, who show up to women's rights events with balaclavas and weapons to commit acts of violence against women.

If you're attempting to "both sides" this, shame on you. At what point are you going to admit you got this wrong? Or if a women's rights campaigner gets killed next time, are you going to vaguely imply that she had it coming, and then say, "Look! Nazis!"

No. If you condone that, you ARE the Nazis in this situation.
