Should prove interesting if he wins the leadership contest and tries to pursue the GRR through court.

'Isla Bryson should not have been in a women's prison ... Isla Bryson is a rapist who is completely at it; I don't think they're a genuine transwoman, I think they're trying to play the system'.

I'm forever reminded of Demolition Man:

Chief George Earle:
We can just wait for another code to go red. And when Phoenix performs another Murder Death Kill, we'll know exactly where to pounce.
John Spartan:
Great plan.
Chief George Earle:
Thank you.
Erwin:
He likes your plan, Chief!

Because this is the strategy. Throw decades of safeguarding out the window and just wait till something happens.

RhannionKPSS · 16/03/2023 00:07

Thank you Arabella for Kenanu any excuse to look at that lovely man

FrancescaContini · 16/03/2023 00:11

“At it”? At what?

SueVineer · 16/03/2023 00:11

This is more idiocy. The point of the grr was to give men certificates if they said they were women. There were no safeguards for me who were “at it”. In any event how is a man pretending to be a man pretending to be a woman different from a man pretending to be a woman.

HirplesWithHaggis · 16/03/2023 00:13

SerenaVanDerWoodsenHumphrey · 15/03/2023 23:46

Perhaps they can reverse-engineer Patrick Harvie as a triage device? He may not know what a "woman" is, but he can certainly spot a "non-man"!!

Shauney boy is pure genius. Love his videos. Grin

RhannionKPSS · 16/03/2023 00:24

Doh It’s Keanu ! that’s what happens why I don’t wear my reading glasses! Yes Shauney boy is brilliant, we have to laugh or we would be raging all the time.

Boiledbeetle · 16/03/2023 00:25

I see He went for the Nicola Sturgeon third sex: rapist option.

I'm having difficulty trying to work out how they all know Isla was 'at it'

Isla went to extraordinary lengths to enter girl mode:

  • Name change
  • Clothes change
  • Beauty course, including complaints about other students being homophobic and transphobic
  • Complaint about BT? deadnaming them
  • Interview with newspaper, with very feminine voice in recording, regarding the bill debacle
  • Nail extensions
  • Make-up
  • Blond wig
  • Delicate jewellery
  • insistence on She/her pronouns

And the absolute clincher for me

  • Isla turned up to court with a pink suitcase and a pink umbrella.

Now if the poor tortured soul that is Adam Graham/Isla Bryson goes through all of that and is apparently, according to all these politicians who voted through self ID, (that requires no more than a man with a beard to change his name on his gas Bill to Sandra), thought to be lying how the fuck do they actually think The GRRRRR Bill and self ID works?

And how do they ever propose to prove someone is being faudulent?

What more did Adam/Isla have to do to prove he was a woman (obviously not using his penis to rape two women would be a start, but everyone has urges).

Hepwo · 16/03/2023 00:32

Well I have to admire the sheer professionalism and verbal skill brought into play in this divisive area. Is this the clarification of the Equality Act we have been waiting for?

Some one is "at it".

How did we sink so low as to be forced to pretend this stupid man is a leader?

That's worse than being forced to pretend that men are women.

WontTheRealSlimSheldyPlsFuckoff · 16/03/2023 00:49

Humza could be a credible politician.

Except when he is at it.

Him be Wee Nippy but in yfronts.

ArabellaScott · 15/03/2023 21:50

I actually don't even know if I agree that Isla Bryson is 'at it'. Obviously, Isla Bryson is a man, and a horrible, violent rapist. But that doesn't mean he isn't a transwoman. He might be 'at it', but he equally might have gender dysphoria or even just feel himself to be more comfortable wearing pink leggings and a blonde wig. I'm with the trans activists on that point, and I don't really see why his crime should have any bearing on what prison he goes to.

Males in male prisons, that's it.

Yes quite. At least Isla makes the effort with the wig and atheleisure wear, better than the beardos wearing a pair of jeans and t shirt that don’t even bother and still claim to be a woman. The things is Humza is too thick to realise he is so close to actually getting it - that with self Id you have absolutely no way of knowing who is or isn’t ‘at it’. And I’m not saying he is thick to be insulting, I’ve never observed any genuine intelligence from the man. He himself is ‘at it’. He is a career politician that blows with the wind. Someone tells him this is what you should support and he does, making him the perfect party man.

SerenaVanDerWoodsenHumphrey · 16/03/2023 01:18

I know this is wrongthink, but I keep remembering the speech that Humza gave at Holyrood during the discussion about how to handle George Floyd solidarity protests in Scotland during lockdown. He said that the US situation should hold up a mirror to Scotland and started listing various positions in power in Scotland which were, at the time, held by people who are white. Of course, a segment of that video went viral, with Humza just announing various job titles and labelling the current person in each post "WITE!".

I'm now visualising him reviewing the applicants for consideration to be sent to women's prison and yelling "SSISSSS! SSISSSS! SISSSSS!"

It isn't that easy, Humza. Isla Bryson may absolutely be trans. As things stand, we have tp take that claim as the starting point for how we act. And if a trans person IS a criminal, is a politically unacceptable danger, is politically inconvenient for you? That person still has the same rights as everyone else of the same demographic. I actually DO begin to wonder if Humza is, in the correct sense of the word, transphobic.

Of course he is. His statements re Isla prove it. Not a chance he even believes the sh@te he spouts, neither do most of them. He just says it because he thinks it’s the ‘right’ answer. I’ve rarely seen anyone of less sincere conviction on any point than Humza.

nilsmousehammer · 16/03/2023 07:03

Naive in the extreme of him.

How do you tell the real ones from the ones who are 'at it'?

At what point? And what access will they have had to distressing, excluding and sexually offending on women before the line is reached of 'now they're at it'?

If it's a system that can be played, then it's a bad system isn't it? Which makes it unacceptable to expose women to the entire group where inevitably some will be playing the system but haven't yet been caught.

It's all bollocks anyway once you start to unpick it. Bryson is as trans as any other male. All trans is is a biological male who has stated a self chosen identity of trans: those are the only two necessary and consistent features in common for a very large and varied group.

Great. Be trans. Its not possible or ethical to gatekeep it. And it's not possible or ethical to provide unconditional access to non consenting females and remove female only spaces in the hope that only a few of those males will wreck the equality, access and lives of the females they want to use in their self expression. Not unless you intrinsically believe that male self expression is of greater value than female equality, access, inclusion and safety. Which would make you a male supremacist, wouldn't it? And make it total bollocks to say that some male people change sex - because they don't, in this way of thinking. They don't become females who don't matter, like real females don't matter. In terms of treatment, they just become even more special and VIP status men.

Unlimited transitioning, and a clear line between male people of all identities and female people: whatever choices a male person makes they do not ever become a female person. And female only spaces, provided by law to ensure equality of access alongside whatever other spaces male people would wish for, that are protected from male people suffering with needs ranging from confusion to an absolute inability to see females as human as opposed to resources for their use.

We're going to have to get there eventually: there will be male people who will just push this until the crimes happen that make the Bryson case look trivial by comparison. And by then it will be really ugly, and the population will be really angry, and women will have been harmed because of gutless politicians.

BellaAmorosa · 16/03/2023 07:40

This attitude (HY's) irritates me. It doesn't matter who is or isn't at it. Being sincere and being a rapist are not mutually exclusive. There is no difference to spot.
Focusing on whether claims of woman-feeling are real or fake is analogous to focusing on blood testosterone levels in sport - it's a dangerous red herring which distracts us from the only important factor which is maleness.

Kucinghitam · 16/03/2023 07:46

It's pathetic, isn't it?

At least the True Genderists who say grotesque shite like "It's only a feeeeeew special most-vulnerable important people, so they should get whatever they want, who cares when only a feeeeeeew partially-sentient service bipeds will get traumatised as a result, it's worth it for servicing The Right Side of History" have a consistent (if revolting) position.

Humza is both incredibly ambitious and incredibly stupid.

I used to live in Scotland, and still go there a lot. I have never met a single Scottish resident who rates Humza. He is universally considered a woeful idiot, even amongst indy supporters - imagine how the English public think of Dawn Abbott, even if they support Labour.

KCandtheSunlightBand · 16/03/2023 07:52

Having read the Wings item, it seems pretty clear to me that Mr Yousaf should be reported to the police regarding the hate crime he committed. Particularly as he should have superior knowledge of the legislation.

I’m not sure I could do it, as I could not be located further away from Scotland than I am, but surely a canny women’s group could put in the complaint.

Keepupandout · 16/03/2023 07:57

No one needs to gatekeep Isla's trans-ness. It's not up to any of us to determine whether a trans person is genuine or no.

But his sex is male, so off to men's prison he goes. See how easy that is, Humza?

Saisong · 16/03/2023 08:04

👏👏👏 Perfectly put @nilsmousehammer 👏 👏👏

NotHavingIt · 16/03/2023 08:05

I've been disappointed that nobody has confronted him publicly with the child abductor and rapist from the borders - such an open goal.

Dawn Butler?

ArabellaScott · 16/03/2023 08:13

Humza has undoubtedly done a transphobia and could be accused of hate crime, only the Bill he wrote is stuck in process because the police say they can't enact it. Under current law I guess he'd be down as a non crime hate incident?

I cant work out if Humza's stupidity is dangerous or a blessing. How much damage can a politician of limited intelligence do? Watching with horrified fascination.
