Kellie is still getting harassed by TRAs it seems. Come and support if you can at Trowbridge Police Station, midday on 24th Feb.

She asked for carrots this afternoon to help pay her legal fees and she is close to 5 and a half already, more than the 3 she needed urgently. What a woman.

Maybe stop donating your money to her then @Onnabugeisha if you have concerns about what she might spend it on. Hth.

BoreOfWhabylon

Misogynists going to misogynise
TRA, MRA, Rainbow Gestapo. All the same.

And how are you making that conclusion of me....?

I am asking does a video exist
I am asking what the specific allegation is
I am suggesting how the interview will go

Onnabugeisha · 22/02/2023 21:42

RoseslnTheHospital · 22/02/2023 21:23

Jfc. Bollocks would you not bother with a solicitor for an fishing expedition interview about this kind of high profile accusation. It would be incredibly ill advised to not have a solicitor. It would also not be sensible to use a random duty solicitor or to pick a random local solicitor if you had your own solicitor who had already dealt with several similar accusations with positive outcomes.

So the 100% unedited footage that tracked KJKs every move and word plus the alleged police officer glued to her hip must not be as ironclad an alibi as was asserted earlier then? I mean, if there is no doubt as to her innocence and these are obviously spurious, possibly even malicious complaints and the fab footage proves it…then why need a heavy hitting solicitor?

BoreOfWhabylon · 22/02/2023 21:42

Nah mate. Muting you now

OK - I'll assume you can't answer then

Do you think if she's done nothing wrong she's got nothing to fear?

No. I think if the fab footage exists and shows what was asserted over and over and over again on this thread, then she has nothing to fear because she has all the evidence proving her innocence beyond any doubt. Evidence already in the public domain and seen by thousands, so it cannot be suppressed by ‘gestapo’ police.

She would hold the trump card.

Felix125 · 22/02/2023 21:52

If there is no evidence against her and she has evidence to defend her - then she won't have anything to fear.

Yeah,I've heard that before.

osprey24 · 22/02/2023 22:00

Nothing to fear, other than the corrupt uk police service that seems to hate women, particualy strong women who have influence. Police that clearly are determined use her as an example to make those other annoying women shut up and stay home, where they belong!

Felix125 · 22/02/2023 22:01

OK - you will always have miscarriages of justice - but generally you will not get anything to court without evidence.

In fact CPS tend to only take on cases which have a definite chance of prosecution

oldwomanwhoruns · 22/02/2023 22:09

A real chance of prosecution? Like, a woman posting a picture of a suffragette ribbon on twitter?

The process is the punishment, for us pesky women. We see you, captured police forces.

Over 700 sub postmasters might have a slightly different take on your advice mate. Did you tell any of them not to worry if they hadn't done anything wrong?

They didn’t have any evidence to prove innocence and what evidence there was seemed to prove guilt….key difference. It wasn’t until years later that it was discovered the evidence proving guilt was all some stupid computer error and so completely wrong.

But of course, what does mistaken fraud due to faulty computer systems have to do with public order offences committed by humans?

Your example seems even more irrelevant than the police should ignore the fourth complaint from anyone about anyone comment that was met with what about DV reports?

Birdsweepsin · 22/02/2023 22:53

Have they gone yet? I mean, kudos to all of you who can be bothered...

Same here. What the hell are the police force going to do now?

Once they've fired all the rapists, killers, flashers, misogynists, wife beaters, officers linked to organised crime, and what must be countless policemen getting off on common or garden power-play wherever they can, there'll be no-one left.

I'm predicting a massive recruitment drive.

SinnerBoy · 23/02/2023 00:45

Onnabugeisha · Yesterday 21:35

That would be pointless, as of course she’d be all like

Oh. My. God!!! You mean she'd explain her position and defend herself?!! Why, she makes Myra Hindley look like the Tooth Fairy!

I vote we drag her straight out to the yard and get the firing squad. Filthy scum like her don't DESERVE a trial.

After all, she's had Run Ins with the Police before.

You forgot the ones who hide the evidence, destroy the evidence, are in cahoots with the criminals and perpetrators. It will have to be a huge recruitment drive.

KJK and other activists know that this can be a nice little side hustle. She’s already made £10,071 off this latest, omg I have to give the police a statement! I’m being oppressed! Please donate money here for my ‘police interview legal fees.’- fees which would not usually even come close to £2k.

Of course zero transparency as to where the rest of the £8k+ money will go once it lands in her pocket.

Same thing happened with her in the US. Managed to snaffle up over $10k fund raised for her to cover ‘legal fees’ over her verbally accosting a random TW at some sporting event. When it ended up that there was no legal action to answer. No idea where that money went either.

There is that expensive Australia trip coming up…she can have a real jolly down under now.

There does not need to be any transparency you know why? Because she played the phone calls of the police on her channel so we all know what is going on. She only asked for 3k and women gave her 10k because we all feel she's worth it. I hope she buys a nice bottle of champagne with it when this bullshit is over.

A lot of jollies she has had, having to get body guards because the gender activists are a bunch of lunatics and made actual threats of harm. Having to show women that it's ok to stand up for ourselves and listen to the most heart-wrenching stories over and over.

Any person with half a brain brings a solicitor when they are asked to come in by the police, even if they are completely innocent. And this is exactly because she and us, we will win.

Because you all are thick as rocks.

She deserves the 10k for everything she has done. No questions asked.

OnlyTheWeedsGrow · 23/02/2023 03:21

Do you not have the presumption of innocence there?
I thought it was incumbent on the law/police provide evidence of a crime, not for the “investigated one” to have to provide 100% continuous, multiple angled videos and audio to prove she didn’t break the law (?)!
Maybe everyone should start wearing multiple body cameras all the time, and save every video forever.

She wore a body cam the whole time because she knew this would happen at some point. They don't actually tell you what you are supposed to have done. They take you in for a 'voluntary interview' and try to trip you up into admitting something, anything, that they can use against you. We had one officer who gave us all the details of how he would trip them up and how he found it most hilarious and was the best bit of the job.

These people are not our friends.

Helleofabore · 23/02/2023 07:25

Datun · 22/02/2023 10:11

Perhaps you missed the bit when Susie Green told the whole world that one of the officers at that station was a close family friend?

oohh. That is something I did not know!

How interesting.

Felix125 · 23/02/2023 07:28

Yes - it's innocent until proven guilty.

That's why the complainant will have to provide some sort of evidence in the first place. That's why the interview will go something like this - "This is the complaint and here is the evidence to support that complaint"

KJK can then make a reply to it - or go 'no reply' if she wishes.
Or walk out of the interview at the start if she wants to, with it being a vol interview.

I agree - and i did say that there will always be miscarriages of justice. But does that mean we should not investigate anything - just in case?

And all that evidence in the Postmasters case was examined by their defence solicitors, CPS and the judges/jury who accepted it. It wasn't struck off the trial evidence at the time as being flawed.

So it all goes through due process - just as this will

But this case will be slightly different as I doubt it will rely on technical software as evidence, as far as we know.
