KJK v the Police this Friday

Kellie is still getting harassed by TRAs it seems. Come and support if you can at Trowbridge Police Station, midday on 24th Feb.

She asked for carrots this afternoon to help pay her legal fees and she is close to 5 and a half already, more than the 3 she needed urgently. What a woman.

It’s interesting that there’s a couple of other police who contribute regularly on threads, giving their knowledge of the law in a useful and consideration way. They don’t spend the thread asking for links they can find themselves, they don’t say “oh but there could have been that 2 seconds nobody except the complainant noticed”, they don’t argue about things like someone using their trusted solicitor. In fact they’d be shouting to make sure you had a trusted solicitor looking after you, whatever your “crime”. What could be the difference?

I wonder, could it be that they are adult human females?

RoseslnTheHospital · 22/02/2023 21:12

Jfc again. Just cut out the pass agg crap and respond like a normal person not a mansplaining robot.

Are you seriously asking why the need for a solicitor at all for a police interview? For such a high profile accusation on a highly politicised topic by an organisation (the police) who are captured by the very same ideological topic? Or, she could have a solicitor but should just pick a random one local to the police station rather than the ones she has used before and knows?? Mad.

Somanyquestionstoaskaboutthis · 22/02/2023 21:13

I don’t actually believe that Felix actually believes what he is saying.

That's up to them - I'm asking for a link to the footage as I suspect it will not exist which gives complete continuity.

They would also agree with me that if there are gaps in the continuity, you will not be able to say that KJK is on constant camera footage.

They will also agree with me that we do not know what the specific allegation against KJK is

In fact - the two officers you refer to agree with me on most things police related.

Whats your point exactly?

AlisonDonut · 22/02/2023 21:18

My opinion would be - if it is a completely vexatious complaint which is easily dismissed - why have a solicitor at all?

Because we cannot trust the police and they will stitch her up for stonewall points?

I mean, is it a crime yet to have your own solicitor and simultaneously be in possession of a vagina? Or just terribly suspicious and indicative of something which needs further investigation?

RoseslnTheHospital

like I said - its just my opinion

If i was accused of something which I knew was totally vexatious and i could prove it to be so - i wouldn't spend a fortune on a solicitor for the interview

Its KJK's right to have which ever solicitor she wants - it really isn't an issue. It just might save her some money that's all. But if she feels as though she needs her soliicitor with her - great

catandcoffee · 22/02/2023 21:22

I do hope the press will be covering this story .
Amazing Women 💪

Onnabugeisha · 22/02/2023 21:22

KJK and other activists know that this can be a nice little side hustle. She’s already made £10,071 off this latest, omg I have to give the police a statement! I’m being oppressed! Please donate money here for my ‘police interview legal fees.’- fees which would not usually even come close to £2k.

Of course zero transparency as to where the rest of the £8k+ money will go once it lands in her pocket.

Same thing happened with her in the US. Managed to snaffle up over $10k fund raised for her to cover ‘legal fees’ over her verbally accosting a random TW at some sporting event. When it ended up that there was no legal action to answer. No idea where that money went either.

There is that expensive Australia trip coming up…she can have a real jolly down under now.

No - its not a crime to have a solicitor (or a vagina) - where have i said that. In fact its your right to have a solicitor.

Its not suspicious either - if KJK wants one - then she has every right to have one - and the one of her choice.

RoseslnTheHospital · 22/02/2023 21:23

Jfc. Bollocks would you not bother with a solicitor for an fishing expedition interview about this kind of high profile accusation. It would be incredibly ill advised to not have a solicitor. It would also not be sensible to use a random duty solicitor or to pick a random local solicitor if you had your own solicitor who had already dealt with several similar accusations with positive outcomes.

Somanyquestionstoaskaboutthis · 22/02/2023 21:24

My point was put perfectly by @BoreOfWhabylon .
You don’t get it. You think the police will say “ this is the complaint”, she will say “ but that’s rubbish” and the police will say “oh ok off you pop, enjoy Australia “, the end.
Except you know that’s not what will happen. So why are you so keen to pretend she doesn’t need representation?

BoreOfWhabylon · 22/02/2023 21:25

My last post may have been a little... strong.

Let me try again, this time using the words of the late, great Jane Austen in Pride and Prejudice

That will do extremely well, child. You have delighted us long enough.

Previous accusations won't be relevant in this interview though. She will only be interviewed about the current allegation.

But if she wants her own solicitor - great

I suggest you call into one of KJKs regular phone in live streams and ask her directly if she is using the money raised for "jollies".

Datun · 22/02/2023 21:29

Oh yes, lots of men post on here who are supportive and understanding. And police officers post on here who offer advice, understanding, support, even offer to find things out on our behalf.

Not Felix, though, no. Felix minimises women's opinion of the police, vehemently challenges their conclusions, to the
point of denial, tries to catch them out with insulting analogies comparing domestic violence to saying the word castration out loud.

I can remember Felix berating women for saying that people have lost trust in the police force.

Even when they say ... they've lost trust in the police force. Even when they say it's because of posters like Felix!

No wonder women like Suella Braverman have to intervene and tell the police to get a grip.

We see this sort of tedious behaviour all the bloody time, though. Felix is just the latest in a long line of men who display exactly the same attitudes, especially on a predominantly female forum.

Tedious isn't the word.

Do you think I'm a fucking idiot, Felix? Why on earth do you think that I meant the police would ask her about previous allegations?? What I very clearly meant is that she will trust her own solicitors and have faith in their competence given the outcomes of the previous run ins with the police!

Felix125 · 22/02/2023 21:30

Somanyquestionstoaskaboutthis

No - the police interview will go "..here's the allegation and here's the evidence to support this allegation" KJK will reply ".. here's the evidence which counters that and here is some more evidence to show I am innocent.."

Or she might go 'no reply'

Or she might exercise her right to leave

Case file is submitted to the next gate whilst she enjoys her holiday.

IcakethereforeIam · 22/02/2023 21:32

Holiday? Showing your hand a bit.

Certainly not - I wasn't sure if it was that which you were implying - but I stand corrected if not.
