Kellie is still getting harassed by TRAs it seems. Come and support if you can at Trowbridge Police Station, midday on 24th Feb.

She asked for carrots this afternoon to help pay her legal fees and she is close to 5 and a half already, more than the 3 she needed urgently. What a woman.

He's moved on to the other KJK thread to bore everyone into a stupor with his fascinating police insights.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 27/02/2023 11:36

Did you not see the bit where Aja said she had been sent racially threatening messages over the phone, and the police did nothing. As opposed to KJK being contacted four times by the police, none of which have stood up.

Did she report it, was it heard by a call handler who reported it as a crime, and did she get a CRIME NUMBER Datun? The police are all doing their best, I'm quite sure there are no biases at all.

Boiledbeetle

My point is in response to a post a couple of posts above this one

Its about what the post is about

A question was asked about another thread asking what that thread was about and sinnerboy answered. It was nothing to do with this thread.

Datun

The title of this thread is:

KJK v the Police this Friday

So it is about KJK attending the police station to be interviewed about the alleged offence (which non of us know anything about the specific allegation being made)

She is not being investigated about her beliefs. There has been a specific allegation made against her by a reporting person. She is not getting investigated about her broader beliefs.

From my understanding she has received a PND ticket for S5 POA.
S5 POA does not cover someones beliefs. Its about a specific incident which has caused a person to feel harassment, alarm or distress - not her overall beliefs.

If AJA has reported this to the police, they have a right to have the case reviewed and explain the reasons why no further action was taken. Was the suspect identified? If it is a racially threatening massage, then the offence of mal comms (racially aggravated) is made out.

If so - and the suspect is identifiable and AJA is willing to make a statement and attend court - then the same process should have been followed for them as for KJK.

If it was simply closed off with no action when there were lines of enquiry available - then its wrong and it should have been investigated properly.

Felix125 · 27/02/2023 11:52

Ereshkigalangcleg

If it wasn't reported to police - what do you expect the police to do....?

Ereshkigalangcleg · 27/02/2023 11:53

She says it was reported to police. I was parodying your copy and paste answers to everyone.

Felix125 · 27/02/2023 11:55

So, they need to find out why it was closed and what investigation was carried out

If nothing was done - its wrong and needs to be investigated properly.

Sorry Felix, who is the 'they', please? It isn't clear from your post to whom you refer as 'they'. Thank you.

Felix125 · 27/02/2023 11:59

Its just i find it bizarre that you want the police to investigate allegations of crime in some cases but not others

So AJA's crime complaint should have been investigated
But the crime complaint made against KJK should not have been.

I think both should be investigated to the same standards of investigation and the victim updated with the outcome.

Do you agree with that?

Felix125 · 27/02/2023 12:00

TrombonesAreNotBones

Sorry - AJA in this example given

TrombonesAreNotBones · 27/02/2023 12:02

Thank you.

Yes I do believe detailed allegations of racist threats should probably be investigated, I'm funny like that.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 27/02/2023 12:04

Believing women are being disproportionately targeted for vexatious non crimes doesn't mean that I think no alleged crimes should ever be investigated.

Felix125 · 27/02/2023 12:07

Ereshkigalangcleg

Great - I do to

I think every crime should be investigated fully and the victim fully updated at every step.

How do you know that this complaint is vexatious by the way? None of us here know what the specific allegation is.

Felix125 · 27/02/2023 12:08

sorry - too, not to (typo)

Ereshkigalangcleg · 27/02/2023 12:10

How do you know that this complaint is vexatious by the way?

It's one of many I'm referring to where women have been targeted. I said it was my belief, not a fact.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 27/02/2023 12:10

You know this from the million and one other threads about this issue. You can disagree, that's fine.

Felix125 · 27/02/2023 12:14

OK - but you need to be able to prove a vexatious complaint is vexatious.
So you need some evidence to show it was a lie.

For example - If a case goes to court and the subject is found not guilty - its not enough to say the other person must have been lying

Ereshkigalangcleg · 27/02/2023 12:16

Yes, that's why I said it was my belief 🙄 few of these cases have ever gone to court.

There is no way to ‘prove’ feelings. “I felt scared/alarmed/distressed” you can’t disprove that, and it is this nebulous wording which is being taken advantage of by vexatious complainants in order to abuse the police service to harass feminists on their behalf. Duh.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 27/02/2023 12:20

But funnily enough, the police don't se to care when women feel scared, alarmed or distressed.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 27/02/2023 12:20

Ereshkigalangcleg · 27/02/2023 12:21

"Decapitate terfs" "kill terfs" "terfs can suck my trans cock"

Felix125 · 27/02/2023 12:22

The proof is vial their statement at court. They also can give a victims personal statement as to how the incident has effected them.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 27/02/2023 12:22

All example of placards that trans ladies and their friends have carried to these peaceful women-centred events.
