Kellie is still getting harassed by TRAs it seems. Come and support if you can at Trowbridge Police Station, midday on 24th Feb.

She asked for carrots this afternoon to help pay her legal fees and she is close to 5 and a half already, more than the 3 she needed urgently. What a woman.

Of course - there are loads of vexatious accusations made against loads of people, celebrity or not.

But at what point do the police decide that it's vexatious?

Do we just assume right at the start - or should we investigate it first.

How would the reporting person feel that we have simply written the accusation off without any kind of investigation?

Why does she need this - she has the right to free and independent legal advice?

Impossiblenurse · 22/02/2023 20:33

I'd urge you to watch the footage Felix...you might learn something you didn't know yet. The event is unedited and live broadcast. All your confusion could be cleared up. Perhaps you can tell us exactly what heinous arrestable offence KJK committed.

Although I suspect she's merely guilty of being a woman in a public place with a perfectly reasonable opinion.

RoseslnTheHospital · 22/02/2023 20:38

Felix. I understand everything that you are saying. There is nothing that I do not "get". Comprehension on my part is not the issue.

oldwomanwhoruns · 22/02/2023 20:39

This will be - what - about the fourth baseless, vexatious accusation against KJK that the police have taken 'seriously'.
We all know that this will be just one more nonsense accusation in the style of 'Freddy Starr Ate My Hamster'.
Why are the police still following up these daft accusations?
And yes, she is a sensible woman to employ decent legal advice, not Aldi's finest.

Felix125 · 22/02/2023 20:41

Impossiblenurse

Can you give me the link.

And can you guarantee that this footage covers from the start to the finish of the event and has 100% continuity of KJK on camera?

Arrestable offences don't exist any more - but i will look out for any offences - but since we don't know what the specific allegation is - i'm not sure what it is I'm looking out for. Perhaps you can enlighten me with it.....?

RoseslnTheHospital · 22/02/2023 20:43

It's a public order offence, I can't remember it it's using words to incite violence or if it's using words to incite harassment. It was clarified in one of the phone calls that KJK received (and put on her YouTube) from the police.

Felix125 · 22/02/2023 20:43

OK - so is it after 4 allegations made against someone - the police should ignore any further allegations from the same person?

How will this work with DV cases then?

Why does she need this - she has the right to free and independent legal advice?

She prefers to use the solicitor she used previously, who is very good apparently, but also expensive.

Frankly, I don't blame her. She has been relentlessly targetted by TRAs via their captured Rainbow Police.

Now give over with your faux naif questioning and relentless mansplaining.

Felix125 · 22/02/2023 20:46

RoseslnTheHospital

Yes - thats the public order offence which is crimed. But its the specifics of the allegation which we don't know. So we can't make any judgement on how, when, where it happened.

Felix125 · 22/02/2023 20:48

BoreOfWhabylon

Just seems strange to use an expensive solicitor if the allegation is completely vexatious. But, its up to her.

AlisonDonut · 22/02/2023 20:50

Not being funny, but being paid to investigate things, you'd think you could find Google and type in 'kellie jay keen you tube brighton' all on your own without a woman to do your typing for you.

I take it you didn't pass those detective exams yet.

oldwomanwhoruns · 22/02/2023 20:51

I've had it with the mansplaining, @Felix125 , what is it about the words baseless and vexatious that are not getting through to you?

The first incident was a complaint because KJK had paid for a bill board which said 'Woman: Adult Human Female'.
You are comparing this to domestic violence?

The second incident was because KJK had queried, on twitter, why a woman had taken her son to Thailand for casn. This woman HAD taken her son to Thailand for casn. (mumsnet may not allow this word!)
You are comparing this tweet to domestic violence?

I can't remember the third, perhaps someone can help me out. Was that the 'Untoward about paedophiles' one?
All accusations were clearly baseless.

You are being funny, as you know Felix only wants to see the exact same footage you are seeing…as you also know there’s always more than one camera going and doing a live feed at these events.

RoseslnTheHospital · 22/02/2023 20:51

I've heard it all now. It's suspicious that KJK is using her own solicitor?? That she should rely on the competence and expertise of whatever random duty solicitor is assigned to her case?? What are you insinuating about her choice here?

Felix125 · 22/02/2023 20:53

AlisonDonut

Yes - I have done that but I am not finding the footage that covers from the start to the finish of the event and has 100% continuity of KJK on camera? I am only finding brief excerpts.

Unless you have a link - but i suspect it doesn't exist

Nothing at all

I just find it strange that's all - but i suppose I'm not entitled to an opinion on here. I forgot - sorry

Felix125 · 22/02/2023 20:58

oldwomanwhoruns

no - I am saying that each complaint has to be investigated on its own merits. We can't just dismiss a reporting person's report based on the fact that their last 3 complaints did not result in a prosecution.

Somanyquestionstoaskaboutthis · 22/02/2023 21:00

JFC you expect her to trust the duty solicitor??????

RoseslnTheHospital · 22/02/2023 21:00

Jfc. You can have your opinion, I'm asking a reasonable question in response. What are you insinuating? What is strange about this? Plenty of high profile people will prefer their own choice of solicitor, and plenty of non high profile people who can afford to instruct one too. Even to respond to vexatious complaints! Obviously so, because I'd be concerned about how seriously the police were taking this and want to have my own familiar solicitor who knew me and knew about the previous complaints. What of any of that is odd?

Felix125 · 22/02/2023 21:01

She doesn't have to have the duty one - there will be loads to chose from in the area from independent law firms.

AlisonDonut · 22/02/2023 21:03

There is is nothing strange about wanting a solicitor that isn't captured by whatever fucking bollocks this is all about.

Somanyquestionstoaskaboutthis · 22/02/2023 21:04

Felix125 · 22/02/2023 21:01

She doesn't have to have the duty one - there will be loads to chose from in the area from independent law firms.

Who don’t know her, who weren’t involved with the last three attempts to arrest her, who would start from scratch. Why the hell would she do that rather than use somebody she’s worked with before, who knows the history, who is expert in the laws she is being accused of breaking? You’re just talking absolute drivel now.

Felix125 · 22/02/2023 21:07

RoseslnTheHospital

The police are not really taking this very seriously, since the incident happened in September and we are just getting around to interview KJK now.

My opinion would be - if it is a completely vexatious complaint which is easily dismissed - why have a solicitor at all?

But - it is her right to have one and its no problem at all for the interview to have one present. It just might save a bit of money to go for a free local firm. Its also an ongoing right, so she can stop the interview at any point and get one part way through.

But like I say - its just my opinion - I know I'm not supposed to have one on here.

Felix125 · 22/02/2023 21:10

Somanyquestionstoaskaboutthis

Not at all - its fine if she wants one. She can have a million pound per hour one if she wants. Its fine and its her legal right to have one or not - and its an ongoing right

Like I say - its was just my opinion - which i know i should not have expressed in here.
