EMPLOYEES at Google used internal company message boards to advocate political violence, recruit for a hard-line left-wing activist group and even propose public “trials” for ideological opponents, documents filed in court suggest.
The nearly 100 pages of internal emails and message board postings are contained in a class-action lawsuit filed by former employee James Damore in California on Monday, accusing Google of discriminating against white people, men and conservatives.
Mr Damore was the author of a controversial internal memo criticising the tech giant’s “politically correct” diversity policies. He was sacked last year for “perpetuating gender stereotypes” after the memo was leaked to the media and went viral.
Screenshots of messages attached to the complaint show Google employees attacking conservatives and white people, advocating political violence and even sharing “how-to” guides to join Antifa, a violent left-wing anarchist group reportedly classified as “domestic terrorists” by US Homeland Security.

Fong then sued Google for the mild disciplinary measures taken as a result of the evidence of Fong's discriminatory behaviour in Damore's suit against Google.

FJ directly and openly breaking the company's policies may have been another catalyst leading to FJ's dismissal. When FJ attempted to take down Kiwifarms a second time . . . FJ used FJ's position in Google to intimidate and bully the smaller hosting services associated with the forum. The use of FJ's official Google email for FJ's personal vendetta violated the company policies outlined above, which no doubt played a part in the company eventually paying FJ a comfortable $100,000 settlement to leave, most likely in hopes FJ wouldn't threaten litigation yet again. In a sense, such reasoning does technically mean FJ's often-repeated assertion FJ's engagement with Kiwifarms was responsible for FJ being fired is true. Unfortunately for FJ, it's entirely due to FJ's own actions while the forum remained completely passive beyond laughing at FJ's takedown attempts.
Meanwhile, KiwiFarms is still offline. Latest update (redacted naughty words):
I am shipping in a replacement server that is a direct upgrade. The hard drives will be swapped over. ETA Friday.
The guy who built the original is interested in diagnosing the mainboard, so I am going to ship that back to him. We'll then get that server on the same level as the new server coming in.
When they're both in, I can then finally, finally, finally have a fully redundant server for the Kiwi Farms in the same datacenter and we will never have to deal with this shit again and I can just focus on dealing with (redacted) and the war on infrastructure-level censorship.
This is pretty expensive, but doable thanks to cryptocurrency donations I've received it is possible.
