The mob has already planned subsequent targets. Should we stay down, they will then attack 'gender critical' communities - especially those ran by and for women. No place can exist online which allows criticism of their [REDACTED], and nothing would excite them more than this power and domination struggle being inflicted on a female space instead."

It seems to me that you may be doing exactly the opposite. It looks like the main reason you're so strongly defending her innocence is "because she's trans". None of your arguments are actually very good ones.

Trans equality means accepting that trans people don't automatically receive a get-out-of-jail-free card for bad behaviour, and are held to the same standards as everyone else.

That is literal violence. Trans people are the most marginalised and oppressed people anywhere ever. They cannot be held to the same standards as others because reasons. Anyone

What I said is exactly what's happening. She's being stalked and slandered here and noone has any evidence she has done anything wrong. Because she's trans.

If LFJ has done nothing wrong, why scrub so much from the internet, why threaten and harass women relatives of high tech companies to force them to not assist the farms.

IIRC A group called Trans Lifeline, with which Fong-Jones was heavily involved, was first accused by KF, and subsequently found guilty in court, of embezzling charity funds intended for a trans young people's phone support service. Fong-Jones went to some lengths to stop KF from showing the evidence of this fraud online.

I would give the receipts, but guess where they are? That's right, the only place a well connected in tech circles former Google employee couldn't get them expunged from, the kiwi farms.

I'd be interested to know @MerlinsLostMarbles , your thoughts on people stealing funds meant for a trans support charity. Goodies, or baddies?

No - Fong-Jones was friends with the founders of the Trans Lifeline phone helpline charity. The Farmers wondered why the site frequently had no operators available, despite receiving significant funding, which led to questions about where the funding was going.

At some point the Trans Lifeline founders became aware of the Farmers thread, and someone allegedly used a corporate @google.com email to send a complaint to the Farms' email provider.

Trans Lifeline's Board of Directors dismissed Chaubal and Martela, after an internal audit discovered that they had misdirected $350,000 of funds.

I don’t know that there were any resulting convictions.

Thanks for the clarification, I was sure they were taken to court. I guess they were just 'let go' when the fraud was uncovered.

I do remember one of them, a former member of the armed forces who posted photos of themself online posing with weapons, found Jersh's mums address and visited to tell her to tell her son to take down the info about them on KF. You know, actual doxing and harassment. Which is bad when it happens to trans people (even when it's not actually happened) but I dunno, is okay if it happens to someone whose son has a website posting facts online?

About Kiwifarms holding personal info about transpeople, isn't this a breach of the data protection act?

Is Kiwifarms registered with the information commissioner and told them why they are storing these details?
