Apparently for standing up for Lawrence Fox who posted something about the trans flag. Not clear on what is going on.

something to do with someone arranging trans flags to look like swastikas apparently.
Harry defending them and got arrested

I think Harry was arrested for obstruction. He was telling the officers that they had not followed the process properly and they arrested him. I did not finish watching the footage that Laurence Fox tweeted though. I am happy to be corrected.

Laurence Fox saying no offence has been committed. I can only guess his intention by including the postcode in the tweet.

That is pretty funny. I mean posting imagery of nazi germany in pride flags is not on. Glad they got arrested. Just a stop too far!

That swastika nazi in Pride flag was disgusting, why the heck anyone would want to defend it is beyond me.

Surely that's not an actual crime? Displaying a swastika? What have they been arrested for?

The police have been explicitly told not to arrest people for causing offence.

Dunno. Reminds me that Prince Harry wore a uniform to a party, replete with armband with swastika. It is displayed on books and films.

It is also a hindu religious symbol.

Whatever the rights and wrongs, I don't think the flags were doctored in any way. They were simply placed at various orientations. If this was problematic, then I think the display of those flags on Regent St. were equally as problematic as they were reminiscent of german rallies of a certain era.

I am pretty sure it's not illegal to display a swastika, even if you are doing so in order to say, "I love the Nazis."

Here is the said image. It's been shared thousands of times. All someone has done is change the orientation anyone who sees patterns could have done this, but I really don't know what the law is around Nazi symbols?

I saw them in Holborn and was quite taken aback by the similarities. I thought it might just be me as I studied it for A level.

So was it Laurence Fox who did that? How come they arrested Harry Miller?

I mean, I'm pretty certain that Harry Miller knows the law inside out and backwards. Not only is he an ex cop, this is his bread and butter. It's the entire raison d'être of his campaigning.

He knew they hadn't gone through the correct process, but more than that, he knew why they hadn't, and why they routinely don't, it appears.
