Allison's case is due to be heard later this month and given the delays and attempts to have the case struck out, as well as the addition of direct discrimination based on GC beliefs to the case, costs have mounted.

The case is scheduled to run for 20 days (5 to 10 days being the norm).

Ben Cooper QC is representing Allison.

I'm off to plant some more flowers to really catch the sunlight that no doubt will be shining during the 20 days of her case. I thought I had enough, but more are needed because of the extension, unfortunately, which has left a bit of a bare patch!

Given the time allocated by the courts and the 30 plus witnesses being brought by Garden Court and Stonewall it's going to be incredibly intense and eye opening.

Allison doesn't use a commercial crowd funding platform as the TRAs mobbed CrowdJustice and got her funder cancelled. She had to create her own website to fundraise. I would follow links from her Twitter account which is something like Blue Sky Allison. Someone else will have her proper Twitter handle.

As determined as they are to stop her talking, i'm more determined to help finance her voice.

BettyFilous That was outrageous, wasn't it? And a stupid move by them - just think of all the revenue they have passed up because of that decision (I always uncheck the box to donate to crowdjustice when I donate to other causes)
