I love it when men tell women to shut up, it highlights that they have nothing to counter back and their testosterone has blown through the roof.

When someone says a woman "needs to shut up" you know said woman is talking sense and ruffling feathers.

In fact, can one of you...people please explain this to me?

I am a born female. I don't like menstruating and I don't like the idea of menopause and the end of my fertile years. I didn't like childbirth and I don't like the changes pregnancy made to my body.

Why is it that, much as I dislike these unavoidable biologic realities, nobody thinks I should be shielded from them and pretend they aren't real? But we are not supposed ever to acknowledge the biological reality that transwomen are not and never will be sexed female?

Please show where she lacks empathy? She's right that womens safe spaces should be protected. She also believes in trans rights, but that trans rights are not womens rights.

@BiggerBoat1 she is filled with empathy for women of the adult human female variety, you know, the group that transwomen demand to be a part of but have so little respect for. If they did respect or empathise with us they would understand the need for single sex spaces and clear definitions but that would involve effort whereas shouting and belittling people is effortless.

Ahh she needs to shut up. So no actual debate, you just simply want to silence someone whose views aren't your own? Interesting. Or maybe it's that the more women like her speak, the larger the voice becomes as more women (and men) stand with her.

The young people (and gay men) in my office loathe her. But she's in a fortunate position of being able to visibly and actively not care what they think.

In any case, I think what she's doing is brilliant.

Anyway i didn't vote Labour during the Corbyn years due to anti Semitism and now I won't vote Labour due to their misogyny.

Young gay men shout loudly about supporting trans women because they often like to shout loudly about … well anything really. I work with a few young gay men and they all love to be loud and attention seek, it can be quite exhausting to listen to all day.
But saying that, older gay men I know are not like that, so perhaps it’s just a youth thing 🤔

Friendly reminder to take all of JKR's books out of the library regularly, even and especially if that means you have to order them, to show your support.

But again - gay men only care about transwomen. Clearly they identify more strongly with transwomen because they’re actually male-bodied people (men).

They couldn’t give a shit about transmen - and certainly wouldn’t have sex with one.
