Worth a watch. How much do men hate women who say 'no'. When speaking the truth is a revolutionary act.

I thought it was horrible evil t*rfs who want transpeople to die...

@rabbitwoman

I will quote iw's tweet in a separate post hoping it doesn't get deleted, it really should not get deleted, but India Willoughby said on twitter 'the sooner Debbie Hayton pops his clogs, the better'

Wtaf are these guys on? So empowered by the way they have been dawned over until now, they think they can get away with anything

You see it a lot, though. Indian thinks that they are one of those who should get a pass, because, as they're always saying, 'well look at me, do I look like a man?'

And Debbie, despite what they say, still has not rescinded the guidance they have given to schools, and claims that they use the ladies, because the women they know are fine with it, so presumably thinks they should get a pass on the basis of their, I don't know, reasonableness?

For people like the late Jan Morris, it was down to longevity, because they transitioned such a long time ago. For others it's whether not you've had surgery. Or whether you are gender dysphoric as opposed to AGP. And for yet more it's whether you have a GRC.

I imagine India thinks that Debbie is a thorn in their side due to their rational way of talking and saying out right that they are a man with AGP.

Personally, all I see is a whole bunch of entitled men jostling over which one of them controls the male access to women's spaces.

No thank you.

Throw Robin Moira White in there too who doesn’t think Debbie is trans. This, along with Robin’s tweet about Maya, sooo professional Hmm

I am sure by now that the media had recognised that having Willoughby is only for ratings, for the outrageous sound bites. Willoughby has zero credibility to discuss anything by now.

How transphobic of Robin!

As mentioned earlier a lot of men like James prefer to think they are successful because of their skill and determination rather than accepting that sexism and societal expectations hold women back. This was evidenced by RMW on another discussion thread when RMW admitted there were almost no women on his previous career paths yet thought that RMWs determination was the reason for RMWs success rather than the fact that RMW was presenting as male at that time.

Delusional is the only word

Helleofabore · 01/01/2022 10:57

Let’s face it. James Max is responsible for over 1 M views (of course, there will be those watching multiple times) of KJK laying out proven reality vs the reality of individuals who need an alternative version.

It certainly will pique the interest of many previously who were unaware.

Glinner was telling women to be nice to autogynephiles on his blog last night, I'm absolutely fed up with it.

Eyesofdisarray · 01/01/2022 11:01

I don't know how KJ remains so calm in the face of such... I don't know..
Ignorance????

Hi everyone, thanks so much for all the positive feedback! Haven’t had a chance to catch up with it all.
I used to be on mumsnet as Thusnelda but can’t seem to log in anymore.
Trending on twitter was quite exciting!
And amazingly I’ve had next to no abuse (well India Willoughby’s not happy) - I really think we’re turning a corner.
I’m not sure I’ll get back into mumsnetting properly but wanted to stop by and say hello and thank you.
I’m bullrike on twitter.
Ulrike xx
(yes I did spell it for them but I’ve long been used to the Swedish version of my name, Ulrika ka ka ka)

BettyFilous · 01/01/2022 11:22

Ulrike - you were excellent. Thanks!

RepentMotherfucker · 01/01/2022 11:23

Yes thank you Ulrike. FlowersGinHalo

Goatsaregreat · 01/01/2022 11:28

I got sent a copy of this by two friends who have suddenly realised what's happening. He's a one man sherpa leading so many to the top of the hills to see so clearly what's happening to women.

We owe the plonker a huge debt Grin Grin

Goatsaregreat · 01/01/2022 11:28

And my friends both loved you Ulrike. Flowers

ArabellaScott · 01/01/2022 11:31

Yay Ulrike! Thank you for your passionate and eloquent words. Flowers

TheWeeDonkey · 01/01/2022 11:33

Flowers Ulrike, you were brilliant. Thank you

Helleofabore · 01/01/2022 11:55

Welcome back to MN!!! Hope you do stay!

Runningupthecurtains · 01/01/2022 12:48

Ulrike you were fabulous! You were calm, focused and total undistracted by the waffle and outrage of the interviewer. I have also read your Twitter follow up but as I'm not on Twitter I couldn't comment there but thank you.

Appledrop · 01/01/2022 13:06

What an odd thing to say. How on earth is Debbie Hayton 'not trans'? What is it that makes Robin 'trans' and Debbie 'not trans'?
SantaClawsServiette · 01/01/2022 15:36

@WalkOnGildedSplinters

A mental illness is different to a paraphilia.

I’m sure I read somewhere that the more you indulge a paraphilia the more it takes over and the stronger the urge becomes. So actually maybe for those men transitioning is a really bad idea?

I tend to think that transitioning may not be a good solution to the problem. However, it was the solution a lot of men were presented with by their therapists at one time, so to some extent it's water under the bridge for those people.

I also think there are some commonly accepted ideas about sex in our society that are rarely if ever questioned that tend to lead to the development of these problems, perhaps to the point where it's not possible to just undo them. People are told that it is ok and fine to indulge their fantasy life and very few people are told that it could lead to real problems. So it's not like most people are looking out for that or even have good strategies for coping with problematic fantasies.

But I think your point about indulging the paraphilia is what I am objecting to. That consists of imagining oneself as a woman in terms of sexual situations. So, very much a sexual act.

But according to Blanchard's research with affected men, what happens is that indulging this leads to a second, more debilitating problem, which is a kind of alienation from the person's own sexed body leading to sex dysphoria, that starts to assert itself outside just those sexual contexts. So whereas gay men who are unable to deal with their homosexuality develop this break due to not being able to integrate their sexed body with their sexuality, AGP men develop a similar break because of the effect of the paraphilia over time.

He suggests transition as a way to increase normal functioning for both types of people by alleviating the generalized dysphoria. Not as a way of being sexual in the public sphere.

Is he wrong about what's going on? It seems to me that with the rise of trans activism and letting down all boundaries there is a significant number now who are in fact publicly behaving fetishistically, basically whenever you see these men dressed in wholly inappropriate sexualized women's clothes in public, that's what's going on.

But I don't think that means that what he described as the mechanism in AGP is mistaken overall.
