What on earth is 'penised' ? Is that the opposite of birthing person/vagina haver? Why is one ok and not the other?

I think she's using the word 'penised', because rape, by statute, can only be committed with the use of a penis. The police are saying that even if someone has a penis it can still be recorded as a crime committed by a woman if that individual identifies as a woman.

It's interesting - posts like JKRs are attracting a lot more positive comments from men, and less negative comments from TRAs. Things are shifting.

Shouldn't that be "bepenised"? Sounds like a passive participle otherwise, and I'm not quite sure what the corresponding verb is

Kenny McAskill has had a rant on self-identifying women with penises committing rape, specifically the Scottish police agreeing to use their chosen gender identification. The absurdity of the world beggars belief.
I expect JKR will get the usual shit storm.

Woman up, as they say. Stop relying on others to do the hard work. It's everyone's job.

This. Get yourself on Twitter and start speaking up. Don’t engage with the viciousness - I drop my comments/opinions and then mute when they get nasty or a pile on starts. Every voice counts.

Is it really too much for JK Rowling and others to use the term transwomen? Even if she has differing views, just out of respect and to be polite?
