The main goal of this consultancy is to increase international awareness on current challenges posed by radical anti-gender movements to trans people’s human rights in the United Kingdom. Its objectives include:

Mapping radical anti-gender movements in the UK.
Identifying key radical anti-gender approaches to trans issues in the UK.
Analyzing the real and potential impact of radical anti-gender organizing on trans people’s human rights in the UK.
Identifying key entry points for international solidarity.
Scope of Work and Deliverables
The consultant will:

Engage with GATE’s team on anti-gender organizing.
Produce an expert and accessible paper on radical anti-gender organizing against trans people in the UK.

I moved here as a young adult. I often feel quite English. I am probably better at Englishing than the English come to think of it. I look great in tweed. I have a UK passport. You think I qualify?

So they're interviewing the Celts, the Normans, Saxons. Pretty sure the vikings and possibly Romans could be included as well.

Of those listed only the Celts are indiginous, the rest are illegal imigrants.

I'm presuming they will be prioritising applications from very isolated (and ideally inbred) villages in North Wales, the Scottish highlands and Cornwall, which still practice traditional druidic human sacrifice.

Finally some justice for those bloody Saxons coming over here, taking our jobs and stealing our women with their flashy steel tools and sexy German accents.

Cool, let them waste their time and resources hiring someone who self identifies as an expert to produce a report that self identifies as unbiased for the benefit of men who self identify as women. They can send it to our government who, if they're self identifying as competent on that particular day, can file it right away in their very special and important cabinet. I mean, it's actually a shredder, but it self identifies as a very special and important cabinet. Morons.

If this is just a cut and paste from US equivalents they're going to find the concept of indigenous a bit tricky to apply here.

I think if we are generous with the labels I could potentially hit 5 on the oppressed identity bingo card - are these qualities essential or just desirable?

More seriously, I actually quite like that they got the anti-gender bit right. It seems a bit pathetic that they won't use Gender Critical, just because 'anti' sounds more negative, but it's better than thinking we are all evangelical Christians.

On the down side they sound more organised than the current UK lot. For all the money that Mermaids, Stonewall et al have they have never been interested in finding out why feminists object to their behaviour. They are good at lobbying and 'training' institutions but have been amaturish and slow to adjust their strategy in other respects.

I think this lot might be a bit smarter than just screaming 'no-debate' at everyone.

The list of BNP supporters might be a good place to start if you really want indigenous UK people. Look out for the ones who've cleverly changed their names to sound more patriotic, though, that's my advice, witchprickers.

They really really need to bone up on the Streisand effect! They are going to generate a paper that brings together all the work being done by disparate GC women's groups, all of whom campaign openly (because, unlike them, we are rather fond of democracy). This will be so useful.

I think Stonewall know why gender critical feminists object to their behaviour - it's not difficult to find out. It's just more convenient to pretend otherwise.

Why is deaf listed separately to disabled? Is it because the author wanted to show they know the D/deaf terminology for extra woke points?
