Are they thinking along the lines of the mass naked bike rides to raise awareness of how vulnerable cyclists are

Very late to this thread, aside from "fuck no" on the grounds that I am sick of women being expected to endlessly be naked, I had no idea the naked bike rides were to emphasise their vulnerability. I thought it was just because they liked cycling naked. So that's a second no on the grounds that it wouldn't work at all.

No way. It's a myth we've been fed that liberation comes through taking off our clothes.

Well said. The practicalities of looking after small children and elderly relatives have to happen somehow. They might be mundane but literally keep other people alive.
