The women who ran Reddit Gender Critical have created a new site, Ovarit. It is owned and controlled by women. You can read it without joining, but if you want to post you have to join. At the moment you need a code to sign up. There is a Facebook page knocking around where you can contact them to ask for a code, but I can't find it at the moment (sorry - I'm not non FB). You can ask them for a code on their profile page on Spinster. You would need to join Spinster to be able to contact them there.
It's a great site! It looks and works pretty much the same as the Reddit site, except it is independent and nobody can post on it unless they are a part of Ovarit, unlike on Reddit which was full of men on other subreddits. So there is no porn and no annoying men!
I tried posting this before, but the post disappeared, probably because I lost my net connection. The Spinster link had stars in it when it posted, which made the link not work. They were not there in the preview. So if they appear now, just cut and paste it and remove the stars and it should work.
