Let's not forget there are female predators too.

Oh fuck right off with that - males make up 99% of sexual assaults. How fucking dare you.

And if you're a TW you are NOT biologically female.

LastRoloIsMine · 15/06/2020 16:46

Let's not forget there are female predators too.

I would have a pretty decent chance at fighting off a natal woman but I wouldn't fair so well against a male.
I don't want to share toilets or changing rooms with males. Its always males who force this and its creepy and makes me suspicious.

Beerincomechampagnetastes · 15/06/2020 16:46

Just more of the deliberate taunting. Ava knows fine well what they’re saying is ridiculous.

I just feel sorry for them really. Biscuit

FloralBunting · 15/06/2020 16:46

Jaysus wept.

I know the Mermaids response is rather embarrassing when you pull it apart and see how they have had to change it, but I'm still surprised this is the thread chosen by GFers to come and display 'innate femininity'/go on the merry wind up until 1000 posts.

If theres no threat then why cant male bodied people use the facilities for male bodied people dressed however they want?

And if the mens loos are indeed dangerous then what does it achieve to fight for a rule that allows the very men you are escaping to follow you straight into the womens or be present in gender neutral toilets?

Gender neutral toilets were rejected as an option along side single sex facilities so why would we believe its about safety.

If it's just about going to pee then use the mens? They are just peeing too.

Good idea. After all, 99% of people just want to pee and get on with their day.

There is not a woman alive who hasn't been either groped, cat called, ordered to smile, or witnessed male dominant behaviour

Its true I havent met a single female who hasn't had something.

Even though I didn't find out what that horrible handshake meant where an older man tickled your palm until recently. Gave me the proper creeps that did.

Datun · 15/06/2020 16:49

Maybe there could be a rule where there can't just be two people in a bathroom?

Or.

We could just let the government get on with what they said they're going to do, and keep toilets segregated by sex.

I am a 5'7 weak person who has been attacked by my sister who is taller and of a bigger build, You can't generalize. You may well be right in a lot of scenarios but this idea that you could fight off a woman before you could a trans woman or a man isn't right. You could fight me off, Not that you'd ever need to.
OvaHere · 15/06/2020 16:50

No woman when walking alone in a dark or secluded place worries that another woman might be lurking in the shadows.

Of course Ava knows this and is just here to provoke with tired old topes, obfuscations and outright lies we've all heard a million times.

Datun · 15/06/2020 16:51

Have you told Liz Truss??? Better get emailing.

SunsetBeetch · 15/06/2020 16:51

Marsha P Johnson did NOT start Stonewall and WAS NOT TRANS.

Usually the opposite of worry, really.

titchy · 15/06/2020 16:54

You could fight me off

I'm 5'1". I couldn't fight you or anyone else off. Can I have my own toilet please.

Grand, In that case I will be in the ladies. It doesn't bother me whether a place has gender nuetral toilets or not as I am female and use the ladies and never had any issue from anyone. I just don't see why the idea has to be met with such a response that all these men coming in can't be fought off and will attack, Gender Neutral toilets do make those that are non binary or gender fluid have the option though.
SarahTancredi · 15/06/2020 16:55

Ava

I am genuinely sorry you have been beaten up. Even worse by family. No one should have to go through that. Violence is disgusting and should have no place in society.

That fear is something women fear daily w are murdered a week by their partners. Funnily enough the biggest threat of violence towards men is by other men.

So why dont all those born male sort fye violence out amongst themselves. Why do women have to mop ot up and be support humans for every male who may not he safe in the mens.

but this idea that you could fight off a woman before you could a trans woman or a man isn't right.

Why isn't it right?
The majority of males are stronger than females. Thats a fact.
Truth is I do not want to share public toilets or changing rooms with males and I should not be forced to.

Datun · 15/06/2020 16:56

Grand, In that case I will be in the ladies.

Aww you! Tch tch. .

And there you were pretending that you had no idea that most women are frightened of men violating their boundaries.

OvaHere · 15/06/2020 16:57

You are not female. We could find more common ground here and have more empathy if you would stop lying.

It's the lack of honesty I just can't be doing with.

THREAD:It is a complete myth that Marsha P. Johnson & Sylvia Rivera started the Stonewall riots, & thus the transgender community is responsible for Pride/LGB rights. This false claim has gained significant traction, & needs to be addressed. 1/9

  1. MPJ/SR DID NOT START THE RIOT. According MPJ’s own words in this excerpt from a 1989 interview with Eric Marcus on the show “Making Gay History,” MPJ arrived at Stonewall after the riot had already begun; and SR was not there at all. So it is impossible MPJ or SR 2/9 t.co/ARSnGQtrVM

“threw the first brick”/started the riot. In fact, a lesbian was the riot’s catalyst, with many believing the lesbian in question was Stormé DeLarverie. Failing to acknowledge her, while falsely attributing her revolutionary act to males, reflects the misogyny in the LGB & T. 3/9

2.NOT TRANSGENDER. MPJ was not trans, & explicitly said in the film “Pay It No Mind”—made 4 days before he died—that he was a gay man.He corrected anyone who referred to him as anything other than a man. SR/MPJ were drag queens/transvestites. 4/9
t.co/FEkhCcOWMd

  1. GAYS/LESBIANS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LGB RIGHTS/PRIDE.The first Pride took place on June 28, 1970, & was primarily organized/proposed by Craig Rodwell/Fred Sargeant (@fredsargeant),Ellen Broidy, & Linda Rhodes--gay men & lesbians. Several earlier organization, such as 5/9

The Daughters of Bilitis/The Mattachine Society, & annual reminder days raising awareness of homosexual discrimination in the mid-60s, show that gays/lesbians fought for our rights well before Stonewall. And while transsexuals/transgender ppl may have helped over the decades, 6/9

the claim we "owe" our rights them is completely absurd.

  1. TRANS REVISIONISM. The point of this revisionism, attributing Stonewall/Pride/LGB rights to trans ppl, is to engender in LGB a sense of obligation to advance trans ideology/objectives, & to bolster trans status. 7/9

And do not mistake silence for consent

We do not confront males because we di not feel safe to do so. Using female socialisation and our genuine life fears to your advantage is manipulative

DickKerrLadies · 15/06/2020 16:58

I really do love all you amazing cunty type women.

I just wanted to stop sitting on my hands long enough to tell you all that.

You can't generalize.

You can. It's very dangerous for the majority to do otherwise.
