RM is busy trying to justify their support for a particularly unpleasant tweet yesterday. For those of you who are blocked, I'll add some grabs.

Pansexuality is the only moral choice

Ok, what a relief. RM has solved the whole issue. Because if the LGB people are just making naughty and socially immoral choices re their sexuality that they should just get over (or suffer silently without showing it) then very obviously by extension the T+ people can just get over their transness too. Because the whole point of LGBT was that T people like LGB people don't choose they just are. You can't have it both ways.

Or we could just get a grip on basic common sense and say that your absolute right to swing your arms around any way that suits you ends at someone else's nose. Do whatever makes you happy if it doesn't infringe anyone else's needs or rights. And if you're over 18, then someone saying 'no' to you is not an infringement or harm to you and you need to seek out psychological help to deal with your social skills and ability to recognise and respect other people's boundaries. You may have a reason why this is challenging for you; it is not an excuse. No one is exempt from the social contract, no one matters more than anyone else, no one has more rights than anyone else.

ThatCurlyGirl · 01/10/2019 13:58

RM says "Pansexuality is the only morally defensible orientation."

Really. Really?! A few questions...

If gender, sex and sexuality all mean so little to you then why would you want people to change their gender / sex / sexuality?!

If tackling oppression is so important to you then how can you justify vilifying people for their own sexual preferences if they don't want to have sex with a trans person?

If the trans community is :9 important to you then why do you continue to make their life harder by claiming to speak for them when all my trans friends are devastated at the harm you are causing them? You are putting words in their mouth that they do not agree with and making them vulnerable to people who think you do speak for them.

And finally RM, if trans women are women, why do you hate women so fucking much?

It is a disgrace RM still has their job. A disgrace. I'm appalled that after everything women have fought for centuries to get a mere attempt at equality, a male born person who now identifies as female is still valued more than a female person who identifies as female.

I am so fucking sick of this shit.

Shame on you RM, not that you give a fuck.

Doyoumind · 01/10/2019 14:01

I don't know why RM is continuing with this. They're still at it in Twitter and blocking actual followers who disagree. Yesterday there were accusations of RM bullying people, which of course RM doesn't accept but now people who disagree with RM are 'vitriolic'. DARVO. Such a nasty person.

The conversation with DrH continued and he admitted he's not sexually attracted to trans men but RM seems to be letting that one go

Again, vilifying and scolding someone for their OWN sexual preference is so utterly ridiculous that I am almost convinced RM doesn't actually believe what they are saying and just wants to be a bit famous.

How fucking DARE you. How dare you?! For someone who claims to be an intellectual, your critical thinking skills are woefully lacking.

And don't you dare blame this on transphobia, if you were born in a female body and still spouted such hateful shit then you'd still be thought of as a misogynist and bully.

Nousernameforme · 01/10/2019 14:20

Has RM peak transed Harrock? I was going to cut and paste but I thought i would try a screen shot hope this works

BuzzShitbagBobbly · 01/10/2019 14:25

I remember seeing in the breakdown of participants in the original study that only 9% of lesbians were prepared to date an MTF trans person, so it appears the woke ones are mostly lying or disproportionately over represented on social media.

And that is 9% when it was only theoretical too.

That's only 9% of people willing to be like the "pan princess" I quoted earlier. She talks a good talk. But she walked down the aisle with a heterosexual man...

The other 89% won't entertain the idea of it, not even for woke points.

SarahTancredi · 01/10/2019 14:26

So now it affects him.he speaks up?

Where was he when lesbians got thrown out of pride for saying the same ?

AryaStarkWolf · 01/10/2019 14:29

Only matters when it affects men in anyway.........

mement0mori · 01/10/2019 14:31

Very entertaining. Nothing like biting the hand that feeds you!

Ereshkigal · 01/10/2019 14:49

Of course, Harrop can often be found respectfully agreeing to disagree.

Meatycankles · 01/10/2019 14:53

So does that make Harrop transphobic then?

BuzzShitbagBobbly · 01/10/2019 14:54

Male-born Rachel gets "respectfully disagree" from Harrop.
Female-born people get doxxed, abused, threatened and the rest.

Hmm. What a puzzler as to why that might be.

AryaStarkWolf · 01/10/2019 15:03

So does that make Harrop transphobic then?

What's the male version of TERF? None? oh

ArnoldWhatshisknickers · 01/10/2019 15:05

What a shame 'pansexuality' is the only moral choice given it doesn't actually exist rendering every single human being, all 7 billion and odds of us, immoral.

You see, McKinnon, there are two sexes, count 'em, male, female, one, two. There is no other sex. Just the two.

This means their are four possible sexual orientations.

heterosexual- exclusively attracted to the opposite sex
homosexual- exclusively attracted to the same sex
bisexual- attracted to both sexes
asexual- attracted to neither sex

The fact that some people are in denial of their sex does not any other sex produce.

This is not a question of philosophy but of basic arithmetic. Two sexes means two times two, ie four possible orientations. Everything else is attention seeking horseshit.

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 01/10/2019 15:14

I think he’s conditioned to be horrible to woman who disagree - one of —those_ men who see women as lesser beings.

namechange9357 · 01/10/2019 15:41

I'm not sure if this is more offensive to the "immoral" heterosexual and gay people or the sexual dustbin category bisexuals who are morally obliged to hop into bed with whoever is thrown our way.

There are a lot of things I thought of typing here but I'm concerned now that Rachel is on course for a crisis and the mum in me just can't pile in.

I will say though that Rachel seems to have totally forgotten the script- if sexual orientations relate to gender then of course straight women don't want a dick attached to a woman. They fancy short hair and men's clothes (whatever those are)!

tellmewhenthespaceshiplandscoz · 01/10/2019 15:43

Oh my gosh Dr Haddock has waded in to disagree. This is getting very interesting now ...

I don't think I've seen him "respectfully agree to disagree " with anyone an actual woman before so, yeah, not bothered until it's a possibility he could be labelled as The Enemy.

Arya how about Trans Exclusionary Radical Doctor, or TERD for short?

ThatCurlyGirl · 01/10/2019 15:46

FFS RM.

IF GENITAL PREFERENCES WERE TRANSPHOBIC THEN GENDER REASSIGNMENT WOULD BE TRANSPHOBIC TOO!

tellmewhenthespaceshiplandscoz · 01/10/2019 15:50

Curly you can literally hear the sound of hundreds of MNers bashing their heads off tables at the stupidity of it, can't you? Confused

'Woke in the tweets, t**f in the sheets' has been something said about lesbians for some time now.

Let's face it, many school/university aged kids have swiftly learned that answering 'pan' means the nut jobs move on and look for a new victim to harass. As with much of this agenda, it does not pay to be honest about what you actually think and do when not being stood over by a representative of the one true faith. 'Cause respecting other people's needs, feelings, rights etc not really a strength there.

ScrimshawTheSecond · 01/10/2019 16:09

But not for relationship purposes, of course.

Not having sex with someone because they don't have the right genitals is transphobic. No prizes for guessing who's claiming this
Ereshkigal · 01/10/2019 16:14

Ha ha ha. Sincerely hope someone's reminded him of that tweet.
