A man. A man who looks like a man, and identifies as a man,
isn't allowed in a women's changing room. How terribly transphobic and sexist. Read the comments and the way he ignores women's concerns, as even if 1 out of a 1000 men, (he kind of forgets who he is meant to be championing here) was bad you shouldn't be able to tar all of male kind with the same brush. one out of a thousand eh? Hmm.

It's all so thinly disguised isn't it?

Well done to the Primark staff who decided that a man demanding he be allowed in a changing room with a young girl, is the last man who should be allowed in.

I hope to god his daughter never experiences any kind of sexual assault because he is the exact type of guy to ask her 'what were you wearing/were you drinking/etc' and see nothing wrong with that.

Voice0fReason · 12/08/2019 21:55

This guy is a dick. An utter arse wipingly bad dick. A racist dick. A woman hatingly sexist dick.
I think you've summed him up pretty well there.

AntonsMumsTeeth · 12/08/2019 22:11

What an utter tool this guy is (and I've only read the first article). Very noticeable how he's all about transwomans rights but funny how there's no equivalent for transmen.

If there's cubicles are all so separate and give enough privacy then what's the problem with using the men's changing room anyway. "I didn't identify as a man" says biological man - humanity really has eaten itself.

He sounds like an entitled, whiney, woke, ill-mannered, obnoxious tool who is so insignificant in the scheme of things, I'm glad to say.

IdaBWells · 12/08/2019 22:18

This kind of writing and discussion he is having just makes me feel queasy. That's what "gaslighting" is right? The denial of reality? This idea that women working at Primark should "identify his gender" when I'm sure he is patently obviously male is so offensive. We 99.9% the time can tell what biological sex someone is no matter how they "identify" gender wise. It's very creepy and he doesn't take women's concerns seriously at all. He seems to want to get lots of woke points from the bros.

nettie434 · 12/08/2019 22:19

At no time did I identify as a man Mr Outraged of Medium splutters. Maybe not, but this was a giveaway:

I asked the staff in the store why they were discriminating against dads in this way, but they had no sensible answer to offer.

Why on earth couldn't he have asked one of the women staff to help his daughter?

littlbrowndog · 12/08/2019 22:22

Why didn’t he go into the men’s changing room with his daughter.

What could have happened there. 🤷‍♀️

As he said it’s all curtains and he was there.
Why did he try to force his way into the women’s

TeamUnicorn · 12/08/2019 22:33

His daughter is nothing more than a pawn in his game. All he wanted to do was help his daughter, right?

Datun · 12/08/2019 22:41

Fictitious daughter? Sounds made up to support his creepy insistence on accessing the women's changing rooms.

And claiming women are 'sexist' for recognising male pattern behaviour.

Woman hating dick.

TeamUnicorn · 12/08/2019 22:47

I did consider that surely no man with a daughter would think link that. But nothing surprises me anymore.

One thing I do know is daughter or no daughter he is still a tool.

MargueritaBlue · 12/08/2019 22:59

Two customers intervened in our conversation — but not on my side. One man intervened to ask me to step away from the entrance to the fitting room, because his daughter was in there

And that gave him no pause for thought?

KatvonHostileExtremist · 12/08/2019 23:06

This was exactly the same arguement used by the dickhead dad who came into the woman's open changing area at my local swimming pool.

He couldn't be arsed to find the family cubicle.

We were all naked! Completely naked. But you know, his rights. Bloody grrrrrrrrrr.

Coffeeandchocolate9 · 12/08/2019 23:07

So he'd be perfectly fine if his daughter didn't need help but he saw another bloke wandering in to the women's changing room would he?

EnthusiasmIsDisturbed · 12/08/2019 23:15

He really does hate woman

And I mean real women

What a disgusting person he is, sadly have come across many men like this who justify their hatred for women by trying to make out their are the ones who are reasonable

Mmm one wonders if he has been called a sexual predator on more than one occasion- I can’t think of anyone who would question this term and we all know what it means

placemats · 12/08/2019 23:34

This man identified his daughter as female. At birth.

He's obviously a transphobic nobhead.

OvaHere · 12/08/2019 23:53

What a dangerous man. I hope his daughter is fictitious.

TheInebriati · 13/08/2019 00:03

Every time someone cried 'But no man would ever go to all the trouble to identify as trans or AGP to access female only spaces', we can link to his blog.
Unless trans activists brigade him for appropriating their experiences and he's forced to delete it and wear a hair shirt.

thatwouldbeanecumenicalmatter · 13/08/2019 00:27

What, when you really bother to think about it, is actually wrong with being a sexual predator?

but what’s wrong with being a pervert?

Hmm

He writes in such depth about both, it makes you wonder how he's such an expert on creeps 🤔

MsJeminaPuddleduck · 13/08/2019 00:29

Either his daughter is fictitious or he's a really sh*tty dad if this dilemma has only just cropped up.

Are we to believe that he's been forcing his way into the ladies all these yrs to changes her nappy and help her pee? Presumably not, so he's either being disingenuous, was totally uninvolved as a parent or already knows the answer to his starting question of which changing rooms to use

What a d*ck

MsJeminaPuddleduck · 13/08/2019 00:30

Ooh .. don't know why that post went half into bold text - how strange!

BrylcreamBeret · 13/08/2019 00:38

"It seems that if you’re biologically male, some people see nothing wrong at all in making all sorts of hideous assumptions about you."

That works both ways mate.

It seems that if you’re biologically female, some people see nothing wrong at all in making all sorts of hideous assumptions about you. (like thinking they have unlimited access to our bodies, lives and private spaces - just because we're female
You knobber.

AnotherAdultHumanFemale · 13/08/2019 00:42

What an eejit.

AnotherAdultHumanFemale · 13/08/2019 00:52

Do these people ever wonder why we have sex segregated places in the first place? It's like they've never heard of women getting raped, of safeguarding. Like a weird collective amnesia that leads to 'hang on, why do you have female only changing rooms? How dare you exclude us from them! We need access to everywhere at all times! Safety is transphobic!'

scotsheather · 13/08/2019 00:58

With his own daughter may be one thing, but another man was obviously concerned about his own daughter in there. Big clue. He could have asked a female attendant to help his daughter in the circumstances if really necessary.

scotsheather · 13/08/2019 01:02

Commneter saying It’s not just trans women who suffer this: even cis women have been subjected to it because they “don’t look feminine enough” by anti-trans activists.

Seriously? I've had double takes the odd time as I'm not particularly feminine but never triple takes as you can tell quite easily.
