Well, the narc rage and sense of wounded entitlement should give rise to a spectacularly misogynistic meltdown, all of which will be kicking around the internet for ever.

And every time the BBC/ Graun/ whoever carry fawning interviews with RMK, there will be the evidence for people to phone in/ tweet saying "You really want to book this person on your show? Really? They are the best representative of reasonable argument for this side you could find?"

Let them show themselves in their true light.

It's going to be people like McKinnon that will open the eyes of everyone.

Her and Hayden and the other TRA will peaktrans entire countries eventually.

That will secure women's rights and see women's sports safe etc.

I just hope that people with dysphoria don't get tarred with the activists brush and have their lives made harder because of the very people who are calling themselves spokespeople.

Bitch, etc., we've heard it all before. Even the fire stuff - ghastly as MK's language is, I don't think MK would actually do this MK's-self. But to deliberately target women undergoing an unpleasant medical procedure who just want to maintain a modicum of dignity, privacy and control over what happens to their own body - and do so advocating for a cause which erodes these boundaries in such a way that it's a very real possibility that in future women will have the stark choice of AGP health care professionals versus refusing vital medical tests... That's just evil.

I just cannot believe that this person works in a university. It is almost impossible to get an academic job these days and yet this person does? Just how?

It's good to see McKinnon back on twitter. Especially because, with such a light rap on the knuckles, they're taking it as a green light to continue spewing hatred towards women.

Yes, yes, I know McKinnon was a magnificent performer to highlight the horrendous nature of transactivism, but I'd really rather see consequences for appalling bad behaviour than have to keep saying to people "Look, this is what we're up against"

Despite my tongue in cheek pp, I'm not minimising what an unpleasant character she is. I just want to win this thing, I want my kids to see fantastic sports women when they are older, and I think McKinnon is a really effective advocate for that cause.

Given the nature of her previous academic writing, I'm not totally convinced that McKinnon isn't a spoof. I can't really see a difference between her output and Titania McGrath.

Yup, absolutely vile, and yet do the BBC ask them about such tweets? No. No they do not. How can someone writing tweets like that honestly think they have a clue what it is to be a woman?

Yep birds I agree, Twitter is foul and run by misogynists. I'll hang onto my account for a while longer but find myself coming over to read stuff here more and more. It right pissed me off when Venice, Miranda and the first GCriticals were all banned, then Meghan Murphy ffs. Just really really shit.

When combined with the vile crap from cyclepath and all the MAP/porn stuff just makes me wonder why I still use the skanky place. There are some most excellent GC resisters still on there but Twitter could do with sorting itself out big time.

Assuming that the views reflected in even her 'normal' tweets aren't just some kind of calculated stunt for attention, then she is clearly as mad as a bucket of frogs.

I think she has very limited self control and grasp of reality.

One of the worst things that could happen for the gender critical argument would be for McKinnon and their fellow travellers to learn to hide their narcissistic rages and for the Jess Bradley-alikes to learn to hide their fetishes.

All of it needs to be given as much scope for display as possible.

Thinking of the fragrant Jess, does anyone know what became of them? Did the NUS carry out any sort of enquiry or are they happy that the photos of an erect penis taken in various public places including one which apparently looked remarkably like the inside of the union offices in which Jess worked, had in fact no connection to Jess, and just happened to be on Jess's twitter feed entirely coincidentally?

I can't fathom what they could have been thinking. Even if Rachel's research had been world class, which, while it's not my field, I doubt... saddling yourself permanently with a vicious unstable aggressive bastard on your team is one of the worst and most basic management errors it is possible to make. And even before getting tenure, Rachel's instability was plainly on display on social media, and furthermore Rachel was tweeting about conversations with people in their department where they had clearly been highly belligerent to someone more senior.
