They also said she was the target of a persistent online bullying campaign by Kiwi Farms, which the New Yorker once described as “the web’s biggest community of stalkers” that “specializes in harassing people they perceive as being mentally ill or sexually deviant in some way.” The group allegedly began harassing Sagal on various social media platforms after the Indiegogo campaign.

“One factor that made it much harder for her to get help was that whenever she talked about suicide [Kiwi Farms] would report her Facebook page and get it locked down,” Sagal’s friend, AJ Luxton, told Oregon Live. “This had happened multiple times in the month prior to her death.”

I havent criticised anyone for reading it. I criticised people for recommending it, as someone did on this thread, and posting on it which clearly several GC people do, including one person who has commented on this thread.

Chloe Segal was a complicated human who sadly, didn’t get the professional help needed.

I understand the impetus to place blame on a bunch of random strangers, but it’s disrespectful to the deceased and increases risk of contagion.

It's easy to tell what people here 'seem to be saying' by reading what we post.

I, along with several others, have highlighted how abhorrent the language and tactics used on the site are.
I don't "support it" - I have read a few posts which have linked/archived things that trans people, among others, have publicly posted. If it wasn't archiving/ presenting those posts from other sites I wouldn't read it. The main content I read is stuff written publicly on other sites (or legal archives) by Twitter users etc.

You have proved by what you have posted here that you have read far, far more than I have, jj, so if reading is 'supporting' I suppose you support it more than me?
