I've just seen in Twitter that she was attacked by a random man in the street! She hasn't said why yet.

I am just that this is happening in 2018

(I hope it's okay to post this here. I imagine people will want to discuss it)

I hope she is ok.

"Police and ambulance came. The bloke that came to help me got the worst of it. Apparently they have good cctv footage of the whole incident so hopefully the lunatic will get caught."

Fuck. With her health concerns recently... I hope she's OK.

OMG. Awful!

I actually feel quite sick about this. She is so petite and with her health issues, this could have ended really badly. As it is, the man who stepped in was knocked unconscious.

I saw that too and was I hope she and the guy who helped her are both ok, and I hope they get the fucker who did it.

And some guy on her twitter feed said that she hadn’t been beaten up - or she wouldn’t be able to tweet. She’d just been punched.

BertrandRussell I saw that & it strikes me (no pun intended) as being the sort of comment made by someone who knows about violence. As in a bit of slapping a woman is acceptable to put/keep her in her place, 'just' being punched is a bit stronger for the uppity women. But you haven't been beaten up till you've been knocked down & out. I wonder if she'll be mocked for 'snitching' to the police?

It is awful, she is so delicate and fragile it horrifies me that she got beaten up and yet again, a man has to come along and tell her she was mistaken.

Only came across her last night after lots of googling and a series of links brought me to one of her videos, then spend 3 hours on youtube watching them.
