And sometimes behind snark lies truth. India is early fifties? That's the age at which female newsreaders are put out to pasture if they haven't been already. If India is instead getting new jobs then that indicates that India is not being treated the way female newsreaders are, which is highly relevant to any conversation in which India may be attempting to speak for women.

This is about free speech and opening the space for respectful, evidence based debate. The right to and importance of women being able to discuss their rights and law and politics that affects them.

That is what Justine has taken a stand for, and I am sure she will hold that brilliantly.
